It's 5 minutes to the beach, it's not annoying, you walk through the territories of all the same hotels, admire the beauty, flowers, lizards, birds.

A significant disadvantage of our room was that the windows overlooked the Saraya stage, and it seems that until 12 we listened to music and the cries of vacationers, the audibility is excellent. Ask for a quieter room for those who need a good early sleep.
Restaurant: varied food:
Chicken, turkey, beef, crabs, liver, fish, seafood - it happened from meat, so to speak.

Pasta, mashed potatoes (edible), oriental, fried, boiled, rice in several forms - for garnish. Some other dishes from beans, from vegetables, for an amateur, we don’t eat that.
Children's table. Diet table.
Breakfast - scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with any additives (bacon, mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes, herbs) to your liking.
Fritters. Yogurts are delicious.
Fried eggplant.
As always, a variety of breakfast cereals, edible sausages.
Lunch - soups, salads.
Dinners are all themed, sometimes Italian, sometimes fish day, sometimes Egyptian cuisine. The grill is a must for dinner.
There are a lot of pastries, fruits, both whole and chopped: apples, grapefruits, oranges, tangerines, guava, bananas. Once there was a strawberry. Strawberries in chocolate are served at dinner by the piece a couple of evenings a week. But children are given a whole plate.
Ice cream is delicious.
Yupi juice, fresh for money.
On the beach, delicious fresh cocktails for 10-15 pounds (2-3 dollars).
There were not many people at the beginning of the meal, by the middle it was already difficult to find a table, as well as appliances. But all the same, it was, the waiters are smart, funny. The coffee / cocoa machine was malfunctioning, or something was running out in it, it is the only one for everyone. Queues for food, sometimes, and they don’t queue especially.
At dinner, a strict dress code for men: no T-shirts, shorts, flip flops.
On the beach and near the large pool, delicious pizzas with toppings to order, fries, cocktails, salads. Food after 12.
In the lobby and near the children's pool, only drinks, you can ask for coffee to be brewed.
The food, in general, is top notch. There is a lot of everything, everything is done diligently and smartly! None of the family had stomach problems.
Room cleaning was good. The cleaner will definitely wind up the figurines, please with tea or cakes, tips were not always left. There were enough towels and water. Bed linen was not changed once during the week, towels were changed daily.

The hotel area is wonderful. I would like to note always clean toilets on site. By nationality, the bulk of the Russians and Germans are approximately 30/70. Good attitude towards everyone.
There are a couple of good playgrounds on the territory of the hotel.
The amphitheater is cozy.
Everyone always swam in the pools, both children and adults. The weather was different - windy, cool, windless hot. Sun loungers are always occupied early, and not only by Russians. The hotel workers also tried to somehow control this, they delivered leaflets to the rooms that if there was no one on the sun loungers for more than half an hour, they would be released, but I did not see that this was done, and the sun loungers were still occupied. But if there are no empty seats, they asked to bring sunbeds, they immediately carried it. There are spa employees and newspaper sellers walking on the beach and near the bassists, everything is not particularly intrusive. Like sellers from shops, everyone is quite friendly, they get to know each other, they can make a gift to a child.
Towels on cards, rent only at the pool, receive both on the beach and at the pool, free of charge and as much as you like.
A visit to the Makadi Water Park is included in the price of the hotel, the bus from morning to evening is very frequent, it takes 5 minutes to go. They also serve free hot dogs, cheeseburgers, pizza, quite tasty juices, coffee from the machine, soda; alcohol-free. Lots of slides, lots of sun loungers. Children's pools are warm, adults are not heated. But it’s not cold anyway, you run back and forth with circles, you don’t freeze. I really liked the water park. For every taste of the hill. An hour break, they turn on slow music and the slides do not work.
The safe in the renovated buildings in the room, in the old ones at the reception desk is free of charge, it does not bother. Wi-Fi only in the lobby and near the pools - for the money.

I really liked the attitude of the staff. I wish you all prosperity, hardworking, cheerful people. They do not fawn, but sincerely treat everyone warmly. Few people passed by without a smile, without a "hello", without a "high five" to a child. We also went to the doctors, the impression is also good. The pharmacy is very good right there, in Saraya.
Animation. I can't really say anything. As such, there is a lot of entertainment. Animators were engaged with children, they saw, but did not contact. Children and animators are not Russian. Didn't like the mini disco. We went to Saraya.
Sea. Sunset is good, the beach is very good. We didn't use special shoes. But some were in slippers. The sand is combed, you rearrange the windbreaks as you like, if there are no sunbeds, again, they bring it on request. Both children and adults swam, the sea was 22-25, warm. The sea is insanely beautiful, wonderful fish and corals right next to the shore.
There are a lot of places to "walk", everything is decent, clean, calm.
Conclusion: All is well here. Many families come not for the first time.
Repaired 2.3 buildings. There are very cool rooms, a safe in the room. Old 4.5 buildings, which will also be renovated, I think. So it makes sense to come here in the future. We would love to return.
