Great hotel, we've been back here 3 times already. We stayed at the hotel in December with my family. The hotel was 3 times, but in the winter for the first time. We were tired of the early winter and decided that a piece of summer would not hurt us. We arrived at the hotel at 4 am, after 30 minutes were in the room. Building 12, second floor. Very well located building, close to everything. In our opinion, the most successful cases (for standards) are 12.14, 15 and 16. The guys from the reception are great, as always everything is fast and without delay.
Cleaned in the room is also good, no complaints, all requests were fulfilled instantly. Towels were changed, shampoo gels were replenished without reminders, bed linen was changed. They even brought slippers at our request.
The food is beyond praise, we always liked everything. A very large variety of all sorts of dishes, a lot of fruits, we ate strawberries in December))) There are 7 a la cartes in the hotel, we love the Asian and Mediterranean restaurants most of all.
The whole hotel is very nicely decorated for Christmas and New Year. We really liked it, Santa Claus looks so unusual under the palm trees))) The hotel area is large, very well-groomed, gardeners work day and night.
The beach is very large, everywhere there are fences from the wind, sand, the entrance to the sea is smooth, slippers are not needed. For kids, it's just perfect. And for winter holidays, we think this is one of the best hotels in Hurghada. This hotel is the most windless on the entire coast.
The pool with slides is heated, so we went for a ride a couple of times. We were not very lucky with the weather, during the day it was about 22-23 degrees, although it gets hot in the sun, but we had more time for all sorts of entertainment. The guys from the animation are just great, they never let you get bored for a minute. Evening shows are great. Cheetos, we miss you. Irishka, Vika, you are super, we love you)))))
The only negative of the hotel is wi-fi. At the reception it works fine, but on the territory of the hotel in some places, in our room it worked rather poorly.
