The hotel was recommended to us by the tour operator Svetlana, with whom we have been cooperating since the very beginning of our travel saga - 2010. The first time we chose Egypt and also Sunrise, only Garden Beach. I remember she said: "Guys, you have taken a high start, you need to start from something simpler, because it will be difficult to choose a hotel for your next vacation. " She was right. Then we were several times in Egypt - Sunrise Garden Beach was the best. But that was before the Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort, although the hotels are a lot alike.
I liked everything: the sea (we went primarily for the sake of it) moderately warm-bathing (in the month of January! ), meeting at the hotel (we just went in, and we immediately - Here's a drink? ), Accommodation in the rooms (we were with godfathers, so they changed the room next to their dreams without any problems), the rooms themselves and the cleaning in them, food without frills, but everything, in principle, is tasty and normally balanced - they were not hungry (both vegetables and fruits, and meat and fish, and from the soups the wife was delighted). I really liked the attitude of all the staff serving (near the sea, the pool, in the restaurant, at the reception, in bars, etc. ) - everyone is very polite without any malice (there was a similar attitude in Gardena), not intrusive, always without problems tell-tell-help.
On a separate line, I want to note the animators of the hotel - guys, you are super!! ! This team did not let us get bored during our stay at the hotel. Not during the day on the beach and near the pool (tired of lying - darts, bocha, volleyball, etc. , nor on long winter evenings - all kinds of shows (the guys dance super, and Olechka is finally super-duper), real concerts.
