The territory is huge. There was a renovation of the pool, one of these days they should open. We are used to it) But there are definitely many pools to walk around... The beach is for children (sand and a good entrance). The kids are great, but I missed the reefs and fish). Overall, nice and spacious.
Service is good. The request to insert a light bulb was fulfilled quickly. We contacted the reception directly.
Anex tour is the only thing that spoils the rest in this hotel. Total intimidation, no help. They treat all tourists as "idiots". Given the choice, I will never use this carrier again.
Animation. I can't say anything about adults. And children - thank you very much. Det. discos - super club - too. Thank you very much Lena, thanks to her the hotel becomes "closer" and there is a feeling that you are waiting there again)).
But in general - yes, I want to come back again : )
