I want to share my impressions about the rest in this hotel.
In Egypt, I rested in 2008, but in Sharm el-Sheikh. This time the choice fell on this hotel only because I flew with my 4-year-old daughter (this trip was a gift from us for her birthday), who really wanted to see the Red, the most beautiful, sea and ride water slides to exhaustion. By the way, advertising photos are very realistic, so I don’t publish mine!

We flew with Anex Tour. Moreover, without agents of this agency, we were only at the airport in Boryspil (our tour operator is not the first time we go on a trip, so Anna Makovey sent us with detailed instructions on her own) and on the plane. THANK YOU for the well-chosen time of flights under the regime of the child, for valuable information about the need for warm clothes, a boiler, a first aid kit and with a windy weather forecast for the rest period, about changes in the operation of Egyptian airports associated with an increased level of security and control.
And in Egypt, they were already everywhere and they solved all issues of any complexity for us: change money for small ones, change the number, where it is better to go and what to see, where are the souvenir shops, what exactly is included in the concept of "all inclusive", etc. , etc.
Now about the hotel. We rested from 5 to 12 March 2017. As for us, a large area, smiling and polite staff. If our tourist smiles, is not rude and does not rage in drunkenness, does not swine, then he will be understood at the level of gestures and a primitive drawing ( “ice cream” flew out of my head in English, My daughter really wanted to eat. We went to the nearest bar and....After a short brainstorming, papers and pens, they explained to us where exactly you can eat what you are looking for from the heart . . ) In general, children are treated reverently and as attentively as possible.
Very unobtrusive and at the same time caring animators and others like them. They greet, smile, and after a couple of standard questions they immediately inform and invite to yoga, to a children's disco, to evening programs. They tell you where and how you can find out and choose everything. It’s a shame that I didn’t remember everyone by name, but Vika (for adults) and Lena (for children) are very attentive, groovy, with a good imagination - they really liked it!
We got the number 33103. The buildings are located either around the pools, or they surround a quiet fountain, or the buildings themselves are surrounded by beautiful flower beds, some kind of landscape compositions. Photos can be taken very interesting (we did not go around the whole territory).
The room has everything you need. And adapters for eating appliances are not yet needed

A very small Wi-Fi zone - I could only communicate in the lobby of the main building, and then intermittently. For me, this was one of the two minuses, the second minus is the paid playground, which was always empty (but perhaps this service is now free at the price).
The food and cleanliness are quite acceptable. There is a children's menu with a designated area for feeding children of different ages. For me there is a rule - if you don't know what it is - don't drink or eat! We filled a plate for the child from the children's menu, and ate in the main hall (there are a lot of children! And this is good - because they communicate, then they meet on the beach, in pools, on entertainment programs). But still, I want to warn you to be careful with disposable cups and straws.
Beach and sea. On our arrival, the sea seemed cool to us, we were saved by heated pools. Entry into the sea is not the same: 2-3 sections of a sandy sloping entrance, but mostly a rocky layer. But this does not interfere at all and does not strain, it is even good to sit next to the children and communicate. The sunbeds are battered, but still strong enough.
There are swings, camels and horses for those who want to take pictures or ride.
Beach animators are engaged in games with both adults and children.
We were greeted and seen off as the dearest and most welcome guests! I heartily recommend this hotel! We liked everything! I think that only those who are going on vacation will be much more lucky - the territory will be even better ennobled, the pools will be repaired. Thanks again to the animators! It is they who create the mood and impression of the rest!
