When choosing a hotel, the main criteria was a youth and party hotel. Unfortunately, we did not see either of them. The hotel is very family friendly. Of the vacationers, 70% are couples with small children, 25% of the elderly and 5% of young people.
I'll start in order:
SETTLEMENT.
Check in was pretty fast, maybe because we arrived at the hotel at 2 am.
ROOMS

When we were taken to the room, my husband and I experienced a slight shock. The room was very small, there were 2 chairs on the balcony and an ashtray on one of them. 2 single beds, which, as a result, the worker moved and turned the mattresses over, but the beds did not stop moving apart from this. There is one bedside table and a lamp next to the bed, that is, if you want to put your phone on charge, you need to pull the lamp out of the socket, since the socket is there one)))) In the bathroom hung a light bulb "Ilyich". The closet is very small. The room has 2 small windows, and a small balcony door, it feels like you are in the basement.
RECEPTION
The next morning we went to the reception, asking to change the room. To which they heard the answer: the hotel is full, we do not promise anything, come back later. So we went from 8 am to 5 pm, they just shrugged. As a result, the manager joined, for which special thanks to him, and we quickly changed the number. The room differed from the previous one only with a large bed and a table on the balcony. Probably in the whole hotel there are such rooms. (in Egypt for the 5th time, there is something to compare with) Otherwise, the reception staff are very friendly and smiling people
CLEANING
Bed linen was changed only on the 3rd day of our stay and then at our request. One could only dream of some figures made of towels, since our cleaner, in principle, forgot to put them on us. I had to constantly call the reception and ask for towels)))) But he put the accessories in the bathroom on a piece of toilet paper, what's the catch, they didn't understand, but they laughed for a long time. The glasses were not washed, the floors, apparently, too. By the way, cola, sprite, fanta rely only upon check-in)))) But there were no problems with drinking water at all, this is a big plus !!!
RESTROANS
We visited 4 restaurants out of 7. The desire to go to the rest disappeared by itself)))) Mediterranean and Greek, as it turned out, the same restaurant with the same menu, only the names are different. Why is not clear. Apparently it's the quantity that matters, not the quality. The food leaves much to be desired. In the general restaurant, the buffet food is much better than in the restaurant. Apparently vacationers go there, it's stupid that they would be served there. Although the names of the dishes on the menu sound very appetizing, the result is a pathetic semblance.
FOOD

The food is very monotonous. 5 types of rice, 4 types of potatoes, etc. , etc. Meat chicken and beef. Reading previous reviews about some kind of seafood, I was surprised, since the only seafood was fish and some kind of stew from the same fish and squid. Of the desserts, most of them are the same cake, just cut into different shapes. Baking is simple rolls poured with different glazes. Of course, you will not stay hungry, but you are unlikely to get aesthetic pleasure.
TERRITORY
The territory is large, well-groomed. Lots of different pools. There is a water park, but they did not understand how it works, they have never seen it in working condition. Lots of places to sit and drink coffee. There is a billiard room (paid). Liked the hookah. There is a discotheque, but people don't go there. In my opinion, only my husband and I were interested in the disco)))) At 11:30 in the evening there was dead silence in the hotel and you can simply forget about some kind of fun.
The beach is good, free entry into the sea, but the rich underwater world, in principle, is absent. Compared to Sharm, it is heaven and earth.
You can also take wind surf and kite lessons on the beach.
ANIMATION
The animation is great, not intrusive. Conducted aqua aerobics, yoga, beach volleyball, belly dancing and other entertainment. In the evenings, all the animation also made performances, it did not cause much enthusiasm.
TOTAL
Vacation was not as expected. Very calm and serene. But since first of all we wanted the sea and the sun - we got it, and for the fun, apparently, you need to go to another hotel.
