We arrived in the morning and were seated within half an hour. Everything is very fast.
Absolutely love everything about the hotel. The territory is huge, everything is well-groomed and beautiful. The beach is super, sand everywhere and everything is clean. If you want to look at corals, you can read to a nearby hotel, where there is the largest coral reef in macaque bay. And if you're lucky, you can see the huge turtle that lives there.
The room is spacious enough. They clean up well. The room has all the amenities. If you suddenly need something or have any problems, there is always someone to contact and they will do everything very quickly. The food is excellent, with a huge selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Never had a problem with hotel service. EVERYONE is very friendly and always happy to help.
Most of all I like the entertainment part of the holiday. The animation is just great. We went to all the shows and the time flew by at all unnoticed. We highly recommend the comedy show, we laugh heartily. We really miss our girls animators Lenochka and Vikusichka. Always tell and show everything. Incredibly friendly and kind. Thanks to them, the rest passes without any oddities and troubles, so you don’t notice the minuses at all.
