We decided with my husband and son to relax for a couple of weeks at Sunrise Royal Makadi. The check-in went without any problems and delays, they issued us quickly, in 10 minutes. First impression: beautiful hotel and very friendly staff.
We were given a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room is quite modest, without luxury and frills. In calm white-green or white-blue shades. Air conditioning worked properly, Wi-fi was, the noise was not audible, the beds were normal. Also in the room there was a safe, TV, table, chair, mirror. Cleaned every day, changed towels and linen. Twisted sometimes cool figurines from towels.
About food. The menu is varied. Every evening was devoted to some national cuisine, appropriate dishes were offered, and at the entrance to the restaurant, guests were met by dolls in national costumes. The dining area was tastefully decorated with dark woods. Tables were always set with white tablecloths and a full set of cutlery. On the street, too, it was always possible to intercept something and have a bite to eat during off-hours. The tables were simpler, but also pretty. Many preferred to eat outdoors, since there were sheds there too. There were several à la carte restaurants.

Territory. Very large and well maintained area of ​ ​ the hotel. Lots of greenery and flowers, especially since we are kind of in the desert. The original pool system is just perfect for kids to play. And around the pool there are artificial "rocks" and "caves", I myself crawled there with pleasure. I really liked that over all the playgrounds, there were roofs giving a diffused shadow. This greatly facilitated a long stay on the street, especially in the heat. There was a similar canopy over the children's "paddling pool". There were a lot of playgrounds for kids, and for older children there were about ten water slides. There were no queues for the slides, at most 3-4 people, everyone rolled in plenty.
The entrance to the pool is very gentle, it was possible to run small fry with peace of mind. And the most dangerous place where the water ends was laid with a non-slip rubber mat. The children's pool is shallow, for adults there are also deep ones. There are many playgrounds.
Animation. Traditional disco in the evenings. First for children, then for adults.
The staff was pleased with their respectful attitude towards vacationers and to us as well.
Tours. We rented from a local guide. I want to say this, hotel guides often falsely scare tourists by talking about fraud by third-party companies. It is not true. Our guide did everything officially, moreover, it turned out to be cheaper. This time we went to Alexandria, Cairo, on about. Utopia. We received a gift from the guide - a horse ride.
This hotel is good. Justifies the status of "all inclusive". Recommended for families with children!
