The hotel is good, but 5 * I would not give it. I'll start with the pluses of the hotel: The work of the staff and the service at a high level. The territory is huge, very green, beautiful and well-groomed, the paths are washed, the lawns are in perfect condition. Lots of pools, some heated. The water park is working, everything is fine. Public toilets are clean and all is well. The gym is good too. Wi-Fi works well in the rooms and throughout the property. Meals: very varied, there was always a good choice of meat dishes, fish dishes, salads, side dishes. There was also a diet food, and a vegetarian restaurant is available separately, and a children's menu. There are few fruits. There were never queues anywhere (we rested at the end of March 2018). The contingent of vacationers is mainly Europeans 60-70%, and Ukrainians / Belarusians 30-40%, the people are calm, cultured. SEA: a good sandy beach, with a smooth entry, close to a depth of 50 meters, there is a reef with fish, there is something to see when snorkeling. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas - normal. A significant MINUS of the HOTEL I consider the condition inside the buildings, the renovation of the rooms. I would not call it a 5 * hotel, but just a cool recreation center. Everything is splattered with paint, poor-quality wall finishes, chipped plaster in the corners, rough finishes in the bathroom - all this spoils the overall impression of the hotel. It was as if they were living in a "hut-hut". TV set plasma, but the furniture is old. Only 1 large towel per person. They cleaned the room well. A set of shampoo, gel, cream, con-r, soap - were. But the very condition inside the buildings, in the rooms, in the bathroom - repairs are a blunder. In the restaurant near the pool, the chairs, the tables, are already peeled off. In short, we got used to this all day 4, the rest of the pluses compensated for this. . .
