We bought our own separate insurance, because I do not trust the insurance company whose policy was included in the tour package. Unfortunately, we had to take out insurance and seek help due to the child's high temperature. The insurance company recorded the appeal and organized a transfer for us both ways to the Hurghada clinic, it was at 3:50 in the night.
