We rested here for three weeks, we did not particularly go on excursions (a small child), we studied the hotel up and down. We share our impressions.

First the pros:

- a large green area, a whole amusement park for children;
- friendly and welcoming staff, almost everyone speaks Russian, or at least understands it;
- a good sandy beach without corals near the coast;
-clean, calm sea, excellent location of sun loungers - 3-4 pieces behind wicker fences, very convenient;
-animation. We did not participate ourselves, but every day we saw how nice Russian- and English-speaking guys and girls conduct classes in aqua aerobics, yoga, step, and belly dancing. For the kids, they also arranged some kind of entertainment, I can’t rate it, but the children looked happy : )

And now for the cons:

- cramped and dark oriental style rooms - a claustrophobic nightmare. At first, they generally thought that we were mistakenly settled in a single room : ) It turns out that almost everyone here is like that.

- plumbing - old, dirty, broken. On the first night, we found that the air conditioner did not make a noise, but only cracked, and there was water in the sink (in which midges are picturesquely circling. . ). The "engineers, " as they call themselves, came, and about an hour later the air conditioner came back to life. Happy that it finally got colder, we fell asleep, and in the morning we realized that the air conditioner now works in two modes - off or COLD, at least you set it to 25 degrees, at least 16. To be honest, it was too lazy to deal with these "engineers", and slept the whole rest under the covers - but it's not hot: ) About the sink - seeing the blockage, our hero-engineer, using his hand (! ! ) instead of a plunger, dealt with the problem in a minute. Needless to say, the next day everything happened again? . .
-nutrition. No, guys, sorry, this is not five stars. Meat - a choice of a maximum of 1-2 dishes per evening, with fish the same story. Sweets at first glance, just the sea - for 2 tables.
But when you come up to take it, it's all the same - countless puffs and rubber pies. You won’t stay hungry, but eating the same thing every day gets boring even on vacation. And once, having come for breakfast, they took milk porridge for a child from the children's table - and it was sour! ! They called the manager to figure it out, they seemed to fuss, they immediately removed it. But the residue still remains.
There are also 7 a-la carte restaurants on site. On the advice of the reception, we chose La Dalila, Mediterranean. In general, good, I can recommend. The rest were not, they say, this one is the best.

We were 2 years ago at Sunrise Mamluk Hurgada - very surprising but like a different chain. Rooms, service, food - what is called, feel the difference. I would go back there with pleasure, and more than once, but I will not go here for sure. We talked with our hotel guide about our impressions - he fully agrees, advised next time not to go here, but to Hurghada, Sharm, or even better - to El Gouna.
By the way, digressing slightly from the topic - the guide told how a few days ago a Russian family, leaving the room, collected ALL the towels, stuffed them into their suitcases and was ready to leave when the cleaner checked the room and informed the reception. There was a scandal, the loss was returned, and the guys were remembered by sight - no matter how they stole something else. It's both funny and sad - it's because of such fools that an opinion is often formed about Rousseau tourists - the image of morality. .

All in all, not a five star hotel. For four. Such a pretty quartet.
