She returned from another trip to the sea and is ready to share her impressions. I’ll make a reservation right away that I didn’t choose the hotel, because. "at the last moment" was persuaded to go by friends who had already bought a tour to this hotel. My husband and I were previously in Sharm El Sheikh and decided to see Hurghada. Having already bought tickets, I read reviews of the hotel and messages on the forum, and, frankly, I was preparing for not the most comfortable vacation. But, nevertheless, I will try to be consistent and objective. We flew with Teztur - flight, transfer, hotel guide - all without any complaints. The plane and buses are always "on schedule", in the hotel the guide guys are always in place, they help in all matters. We arrived at the hotel around 15.00, at the reception we were met by friends who had checked in the day before. I invested $ 10 in my passport, plus Alenka chocolate, and my request to be accommodated next to my friends (they moved into building 33) was satisfied without any problems. The building is clean and fairly new. The rooms are comfortable with large closets, 3 Russian channels, safe, bar, air conditioning, hair dryer. Chairs and a table on the balcony. Room cleaning is good, at first I didn’t leave a tip, then I wanted to encourage a conscientious worker and he began to leave an additional set of towels in the form of various decorations.
The territory of the hotel is very large, just a whole microdistrict. Fairly clean and tidy. Gardeners are constantly cutting, planting, watering something. I’ll tell you about watering separately - it’s simply impossible to breathe in the hotel 2 times a day (morning, evening). When greens are watered, tourists pinch their noses. Various assumptions were made about the sources of such a smell, until the guide explained that there are no sewage treatment plants in Hurghada, therefore, in the hotel, all sewage is poured onto the lawns as it accumulates.
The food at the hotel is good, varied, the range is sufficient. There are meat, chicken, fish, dairy products, excellent pastries, fruits, normal wine and beer (bottled). A couple of times at lunch there were problems with free tables, but given that it was the May holidays, this is understandable, and waiting for 15 minutes was not a problem for us.

A la carte restaurants are VERY different. I liked the Asian and Bedouin, where they served quickly, fed deliciously, served dessert. In the Mediterranean and Mexican waiter, you need to wait half an hour to make an order, the same amount that they would bring. They don't take orders for dessert, they say "later". Then the waiters just leave the room and don't come out anymore - "fine ta la comedy".
The beach is large and sandy. Gentle long entry, which is convenient for children. The sunbeds run to take up before 6 o'clock, but even if you come at lunchtime, there are places. The nearest toilets are inconvenient and far away (they still need to be found). The sea is clean, calm, but, of course, there are few fish. Even when we took a sea excursion with swimming in the sea on a coral reef, the beauty that we saw in Sharm is not even in sight. In the neighboring hotel (Arabesques) with fish a little better, but not much.
The contingent in the hotel is mostly Russian-speaking, but there are Germans, Americans, Poles. Much has been done in the hotel for children. These are high chairs in the restaurant, a children's menu, a separate children's area in the restaurant with children's tables, children's towns, playgrounds, e-mobile rides in the evenings, a children's disco.
What I would like to change is, of course, to remove the disgusting smell when watering, to "wake up" the waiters in the main restaurant, to add green spaces.
I think the hotel is very suitable for families with children.
