In March 2008, I was vacationing with my sister and child at the Sunrise Royal Makadi Hotel. Only positive impressions. The food is excellent, 90% is directed to Europeans.
The staff is well trained, always friendly, and what is unusual for Egypt: no encroachments on tips.
