I chose a hotel for a long time, since the dollar in Ukraine after the well-known events rose in price, but the salaries remained the same. And the budget, which was laid down at the beginning of the year, turned out to be small at the new rate. So my wife and I decided: if a good burning tour comes across - we'll go, no - we'll postpone it until better times. We chose a hotel for a family holiday, with two children aged 10 and 2 years. We chose for a long time, because as we looked at all the hotels, our appetites grew), I wanted to have a water park for children, and green, and the sea to be nearby. So: I especially liked Sunwing Waterworld, but very expensive for us. But, as they say, thought is material. On 09/27/14 it was possible to take a tour at a discount to any hotel, Waterwold was still expensive for us, hotels with water parks are also a little expensive. And then fell Femeli. I read about it - and realized that this is the same Watervold, only separate buildings on the territory, the same 5 stars, which for some reason are considered a separate hotel). And the price in hryvnia is 5 thousand cheaper. The difference is that in Watervod and Femeli they share a building where the reception is located: through one door - the waterwold itself, where there are water parks, swimming pools and access to the sea, and Femeli - through the opposite door. Calm quiet area, tennis courts, football field, gym, bar near the buildings, children's room, evening restaurants, shops. The bracelet is given exactly the same as in Waterwold, that is, you will not be infringed on anything.
So, we arrived, settled in room 316 (family room). 2 rooms - one of them is a bedroom with a huge bed, a telecom, a safe in the closet, the second is a room with a balcony, with a fenced-off niche with beds for children (an adult can easily fit in too). View from the balcony to palm trees, courts and the sea behind them (such as a wild beach, I didn’t see people there). A big crow was circling all the time, I liked to watch her. There is also a TV. Air conditioners in every room, not new but worked fine. The rooms are also not new, but clean and tidy, large bathroom, separate shower, bath, toilet. On the balcony there are two large armchairs, and the same tiny one for a child. Appreciated))) I really liked to sit on the balcony in the evening and drink rum and cola, and in the morning there is a great view, palm trees rustle, grace). And during the day we were never in the room! Between the sea and the pools there are such soft trestle beds with awnings, where they put the child to sleep, and dozed themselves. Therefore, I don’t understand those who are looking for something to complain about in the rooms, for us the main thing is clean and tidy, and the rest itself is not in the room, after all.
The territory is huge and green. A separate song - a two-level system, you go down - everywhere there is greenery, water, pools, the top is the same. A water park for children, quite large, an adult water park, artificial waves in one of the pools, amusement surfing, a lazy river, murmuring, flowing everywhere, bridges - transitions....A lot of staff - all men, all the time they collect leaves, fuss, but somehow imperceptibly and do not interfere.

Breakfast at the Waterwold. 200 meters from us, through the reception hall, down the stairs. Breakfast to choose from in 3 restaurants, Sun, Sun, Sea, all close by. There are no big differences between them, there is a lot of food to choose from, there have always been places. For children, there are various cereals, dry breakfasts, separately you collect as much milk as you need, chopped vegetables, salads, fruits, all sorts of jams in disposable boxes. In general, they were not hungry.
We dined in restaurants: there are Italian, German, Mexican, Fino right near the sea. Some dishes can be taken directly from large pots, some can be ordered. Tastier than breakfasts, as the dishes are already more sophisticated, fish, meat, beef, poultry. Vegetables fruits. Delicious melons, watermelons have never been. But for this, take tours to Kherson. Juices: - there are bars and restaurants where only powdered juices, and there are those where they are poured from boxes, tastier, of course, and healthier for children. Feel free to ask from the boxes.
Local spill beer - Luxor, not so bad (otherwise, as I read the reviews, I thought it was poison), cold everywhere. From alcohol - local gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, vodka (everything, of course, is included), in disposable cups, if you drink at the bar, they will give plastic. They trade all this shamelessly)) Any of the indicated drinks costs $ 5 a bottle (075l). And the business is going on, since there are a lot of Russians), I’m too lazy to wear glasses in cups, so they buy, and take them to the rooms for the evening, and go home for gifts to friends.
Dinner - you can in the same restaurants as breakfast, or you can in the above-mentioned Italian, German, Mexican, Fino, there are also French, Chinese on the territory of the Family. There is with seafood, but there is a fee. Dinner must be booked in advance. But it's not difficult: you dine in German, crossed 5-7 meters, and signed up for dinner in Mexican. If by appointment, then only a la card, that is, there is no buffet, but according to the menu. There are paid dishes, in the menu opposite them the price, the menu in Russian is everywhere. In addition to all this, you can always have a bite to eat near the pools, all sorts of cheeseburgers, hamburgers, pancakes after dinner are made in one of the outdoor bars, very tasty ice cream. There is no food on the beach, only beer and cocktails, but with such a meal, this is not necessary, otherwise they could not walk at all.

The sea is nearby, went down the stairs, and you are on the beach. In the morning there were a lot of people, though there were a lot, if you come late, you can trestle beds under the roof - you won’t find a fungus, but they dissolve for lunch and then don’t come back, so it’s okay. Sea - beauty, entrance from the shore. It is advisable to take slippers, as there are fossilized areas at the beginning. Many corals are fenced with floats, at first they were even afraid that there was nowhere to swim normally. But then they swam around these corals with a mask and snorkel - beauty, there are a lot of colorful fish, I saw stingrays, if you swim deeper. (10 meters down you can see perfectly). As they reached the sea, they didn’t want to go to the pools.
Animation - I won’t tell you much, the British seem to have different musical performances every day in the evenings, they went a couple of times, they sing well. But the children were so exhausted that at 8 pm they were cut off to sleep, for the same reason I will not talk about nightlife). Although there is a disco, you can also go for a walk along the beach along the promenade to the territory of other hotels.
We didn’t go to Hurghada, 30 minutes by bus, but we didn’t need it, and the guide didn’t advise us to go there on our own.
Service: Arabs are a specific people. There are better people among them, there are worse, there are those who won’t give a dollar, won’t fit in a restaurant, but even if he served you with a smile and tact, it’s still read in his eyes that he wants a dollar)). But do not be hypocrites, treat them with a smile and benevolence and everything will be fine. I don’t believe when they write that the staff there is good, but there it’s bad. I just saw how our people themselves spoil their vacation with their expectations. Such a turkey came inflated for dinner with his family, and sits waiting for the waiter to come up to him in order to order beer for himself and his wife. And in the hall, the people are unmeasured. So he then caused a scandal that no one came up to him for half an hour, as if he were some kind of VIP person))). And then he sits with an evil face, and he has a bad rest, and the hotel, and people...
In general, we had a great rest. On the last day, I poured rum and cola in the room, went out onto the balcony so relaxed, it was already dark - and here, drip-drip-drip, on the shoulders, on the back. I'm talking to my wife. Here it looks like it's raining. When I hear over my head - karrr, karr. And this is my friend crow decided to say goodbye, came into the light into the room, covered in bird shit. I wanted to add a minus to the hotel out of anger, but when I saw how my missus was whinnying, I decided to add a plus. )))) So 5++.
