Ужасный отель! Terrible hotel!

Rested families with children from 17.08 to 30.08 2014. To be honest, the first time I write a review about the hotel, because I'm just in shock. Visa at the airport $27. Transfer is normal, no problem. We were given a room in the aqua zone, where repairs are still in full swing. It is impossible to live, but for $ 20 the room was changed again in the aqua zone, but everything is already civilized. 1-2$ will do a miracle and housekeeping is ready!! ! As for the beach, it's a fairy tale, the sea is clean, there are always places. Here towels on the beach is a horror in 5 stars. The water park is really a fairy tale and you only want to eat here. Well, in general, I can’t find fault with the beach, the room and the territory. I want to say separately for food and tourists !! ! In this hotel, half of the holidaymakers are Arabs. For a hotel, this is not correct at all. Separately, I will say about food! It's just a horror, more like a nightmare. I know that in Egypt the food does not shine, but the guys are completely unsanitary, but what infuriates me most of all is that in the morning you have to stand for breakfast for 30 minutes to get a plate, then a spoon or fork. The first 3 days were like a nightmare. After fights with the staff (it was impossible to endure) and endless complaints, they finally began to clean up. They began to cook at least a little, but the problem with plates and cutlery did not disappear. There are no five stars anywhere in the hotel, they are not painted anywhere at all. For all 13 days of fruit, there were 2 times in the evening melon, 2 times green (it is impossible to eat) bananas and 1 time rotten pomegranate. We could not explain to the children why there were no fruits. We were told it was not the season. The problem was solved for $ 5-7 on the beach, they bought a watermelon (we agreed with the locals), at a hryvnia exchange rate of 14, a golden watermelon and a ticket of 30.000 UAH. Guys, I will not write anything more. Just in one word, this is a deuce and a GALIMAYA zhlobyatnya (sorry for the lexicon) !!! !
