Were in August 2015. Settled in quickly. There are a lot of vacationers. The hotel is huge. Our rooms were Aqua Room. These are the cheapest apartments. When we settled in, there was a shock, because we still thought that we were in a 5 * hotel. The next day, at no extra charge, they moved at our request. It turns out Aqua Room is also different. Rooms are cleaned every day.
There was no language problem. Russian is understood by many.
The territory of the hotel is very large, beautiful and well-groomed, there are many pools, we didn’t go around everything.
The heat was abnormal - 45 degrees in the morning and up to 55 in the afternoon. But there were no problems with this. There are air conditioners in the rooms, although they are rather strange.
Restaurants are more like canteens. You won't be left hungry. But personally, I'm not happy with the food. Food is one thing that the hotel still has to work on and work on. And the dining rooms are poorly air-conditioned.
