Yesterday we arrived from Tia Heights Makadi Bay (ex. Le Meridien Makadi Bay). We flew with Coral, no complaints. The hotel is huge, by the way, in Madinat Makadi, as it is written here, it is not included, but these are trifles. It consists of several areas, we were in Coral, it's like a sleeping area. There is no restaurant yet, it is under reconstruction. But the heated pool was on our territory. We lived something like this - breakfast-beach-sea-animation-lunch-heated pool-just in case there is a large indoor pool-easy rest-change clothes-dinner-bar-show-disco-sleep. That is, we did not notice any minor flaws in the room, the only advice is if something does not work, either look right away or complain to your guide later. Complaining to reception is pointless. Five Egyptian minutes can go on forever. The sea is wonderful, the corals are mostly dead, there are few fish, but if you swim well with a mask, there is a good coral away from the right pier, and a few fish swim right off the coast, and the heron catches them. To catch the smell of diesel fuel, you have to swim straight to the boats, but you haven’t seen such idiots. The food is normal, there are many bars, it is impossible to stay hungry and thirsty. The territory is beautiful, green, the neighboring Sunrise was not even close, but on the other hand, those hotels that are included in Madinat Makadi are of course of a completely different level, the gardeners there are apparently very cool. The beach is huge, there are an unthinkable number of sunbeds, the bar on the beach is good, you can dine there, if you don’t want to go to a restaurant, then snacks until the evening. Special thanks to the animation team, it’s really hard to lift me up, but even then they went to exercises, and to water aerobics, and just to aerobics, everything is just wonderful. If you give a dollar to a waiter at a discotheque in a bar in the evening, he will almost carry it on his hands. The only minus of Makadi in general is that you can’t walk anywhere except the neighboring hotel. We traveled with a large group and always found something to do. We are glad. Happy holidays.
