After reading the information from the tour operator at the airport, we bought a visa for $ 27 (in general, it costs $ 25), supposedly representatives of the tour operator should have helped in filling out - but they were not going to do this, go and fill it out yourself ((((
We chose this hotel because of the water park. What immediately catches your eye - the occupancy of the hotel was no more than 30%, of which 20% are Arabs. The food is terrible, the dishes are dirty, a lot of broken ones. Take more pills from the disorder, you won’t regret it, you will need them 100%, believe us, we have gone through this and more than one day. Fruits: for a week they gave 1 time watermelon, 1 time dates, 1 time peaches and apples; from permanent fruits - oranges and melon cut into small cubes with apples. Drinks are poured, but they are always warm; to take wine for lunch (by the way, again warm) you will be credited to the account and you must sign for it, as they said for control, but it is not clear which one. It would seem that everything is included! The staff is smiling and friendly.
Vegetables are also a problem. Side dishes: rice, potatoes (not tasty if the puree is really in pieces), couscous, eggplant and zucchini.

Relatively having a bite by the pool: a bun cut in half with thin 2 pieces of sausage with pepper; dry, really does not climb into the throat, but all types of puffs are just super, the only plus : )))
Water park: not bad in itself, cool slides. The first 2 days we were able to ride for a couple of hours, although it was very hot, but when more Arabs stopped by, it was just a guard. They practically live there, it’s not realistic to take a circle, they took everything apart and did not respond to requests. My daughter was not allowed to leave on her circle. For 5 days we did not leave any slide; a lot of broken circles, they seem to be sealed, but having moved out 1 time, he was completely blown away.
Animation: to be honest - rather weak, evening programs are not interesting : ((although the animators themselves tried))
Beach: empty, coming at any time everything was free, the sea is warm, there are corals, cool fish, even saw a turtle)))
Ali's hotel guide: we saw him once at an info meeting with him, he even gave information about leaving the hotel by phone, namely SMS that they were picking up from the hotel at such a time. But okay, thanks for that.
Excursions were taken from the hotel guide, again disappointed. The first excursion is called "Nautilus". According to the guide and according to the photos that we were shown, this should be a 4-deck liner with super food (required seafood). In fact, the liner was some kind of spree, the food again wants the best, but there really was tuna, stewed squid and seafood soup + rice, vegetables, chicken and french fries + melon. Cola, fanta, sprite for free))
The second excursion, we decided to go scuba diving. That day there was a strong wind, it was very shaky, everyone and everything was sick: (((. We plunged, more or less, but we didn’t see super beauty : ))) The purchased disk with video and photography turned out to be of poor quality; Of course there will be a memory, but there is nothing to share with friends.

Now the most important thing is the flight back home. We picked it up 4 hours before departure, a lot of checks and, in fact, we open the suitcase at home - all the locks are open and everything is turned upside down, what they were looking for - I don’t know, but I’m not pleased.
This hotel does not pull on 5 *, it is a weak 4, unfortunately. Be sure to read the reviews, now the rest is not cheap)) I wish you not to make a mistake with the choice.
Not the first time in Egypt, but I think the last. There are a lot of downsides. But in any case, you decide and choose. If you still chose Egypt - we wish you to enjoy the most beautiful sea, fish, sun))) Get positive and let nothing and no one interfere with your vacation))) Stock up on panthenol and pills for frustration (by the way, although there is insurance - visit to the doctor paid)
