We returned less than a week ago. We went with a friend and two children (4 and a half years old). I don't know, maybe once it was 5 stars, but not now!!! ! The contingent of the hotel is just awful!! ! Therefore, the staff hates all Russian-speaking tourists. The motto of 70 percent of vacationers is - I didn’t drink in the morning - the day was gone! Yes, there is such everywhere, but not in such quantity! ! I'll start with the toilet at the reception - the stench is such that the children could not enter, the locks were broken, the toilet lids have not changed for 20 years! And is it 5 stars? ? We have something to compare with in the same Egypt. We are not here for the first time! The territory is beautiful, huge, but the staff can not cope with the number of people, especially the restaurant! It has been hard to find a table for lunch in recent days! We lived in rooms in the main building, which we VERY regretted after a couple of days !! ! Such a noise!! ! Our child fell ill - the temperature was 38.6, in the next room until 4.30 the party was in full swing, the clinking of bottles, etc. There was no response to all cultural requests, until they started arguing and screaming, because the child could not sleep! It was not possible to sleep during the day, because the staff was talking to each other across the entire corridor and did not react to any signs - do not disturb, or to comments in ENGLISH (Russian, like, they do not understand well), they complained to the guide, everything is useless! Although the rooms themselves are decent and the location is convenient - 2.74 and 2076.
The beach is fine sand, the entrance to the sea. . . if you managed to get a sun lounger early! ! On the first day, after meeting with the guide, we came to the beach at 10:30, there were no free sun loungers!!! ! And umbrellas too! ! And the children want to go to the sea and are already running there ! ! Barely, the beach staff found two sun loungers (not even 20 minutes had passed), but there were no umbrellas, they burned down on the first day, although they were smeared and covered. Then they realized that they needed to borrow early - at 6, the first line at 7, the second or third. True in the second half. of our holiday, zealous grandmothers sunbathers from 6 in the morning, left and it became easier with sun loungers, it was already possible to find! In general, the beach is very reminiscent of Sochi or Evpatoria in terms of crowding ! ! It's better to lie by the pool, especially away from the bar, where there are more decent faces and you can't hear Russian swearing! Unfortunately, we realized this on the last day ((Although they came to the sea! I wanted the sea (which is really good here)
As for food... There is no oatmeal in the morning, whoever takes the children with you, the children's menu too, steamed vegetables and fish, and also soups (some children can be given), everything that was given to children. In general, there was food and fruit when the Arabs came in large numbers. Only there were queues in the restaurant, they were not allowed in (Russians, mostly). After the Arabs left, the melons and bananas ran out.

Believe me, we have been to many hotels in Hurghada and Makadi and Sharm, but this is the first time we have seen THIS!! ! I understand that if someone is for the first time or without children, then there are much more positive aspects. And also, if you like hotels where there are few Russians or they are more intelligent, you are definitely not here. My friend and I had to ask the neighbors on the sun loungers not to swear, because the children are still nearby... In general, this is how we got screwed for the first time... If you are really used to 5 stars, don’t even look in this direction !! ! By the way, next to 4-ki, much nicer! ! Went there for a walk and had a lot of fun! !
