A lot of impressions, so, in order:
1. Numbers. We rested in the Dunes, at first we were given the most distant building in the Dunes (65 - an excellent view of the sea, but far from everything), but the next day we changed it to the nearest one (40). Very convenient and close to the main building. The rooms are a little worn out, but you can live. Separately, I want to note that we did not like the cleaning in the rooms. Perhaps it depends on the staff, but our janitor got some kind of stupid. Only at the end of the holiday we taught him to clean the way it should be done in 5 stars, well, at least approximately so. At the same time, he received tips regularly, but cleaned lousy. He left empty tubes of gels, did not replenish stocks with new ones, we got soap from the previous owners, the bed was not changed every day. Another nuance - I have not yet seen in any hotel that the cleaners burst into the room when the owners are there.
2. The beach is just great. The sand and the entrance to the sea are wonderful. Paradise for children. The water is purest. But again there is a big BUT)) The struggle for sunbeds starts at 6 am (first line), and then how lucky. If it was not possible to take a sunbed, then you can always find a place near the pool.

3. Pools. Water is cold. I don't remember if there is information about heating in the description of the hotel, but it is definitely not there, and it seems that it never was. You can swim there only in very strong heat. The children's pool is also not heated, so our child could not swim there for a long time, except to rinse.
4. Restaurant. OOO is a separate issue. My husband and I are not looking for something to complain about, but the food in this hotel is really not very good. Firstly, in 14 days we were already sick of this set of products. Stupidly the same thing. Breakfast is generally the same every day. Fruits at breakfast are simply terrifying in appearance and taste. They swim in water, not even sweet, while apples are thrown there obviously yesterday. Maybe diluted fresh. There is no children's menu at this hotel, except for stewed carrots, zucchini, cabbage and broccoli. BUT in less than a week my child could no longer look at these vegetables, and I understand him, I myself was already sick of this set. There are no cereals or dietary meat (except for chicken, my baby is allergic to it). There were also tolerable soups. In general, children do not eat this Egyptian food, so I recommend stocking up on cereals, juices, purees if you are traveling with a baby. In general, going to a restaurant was like an ordeal, because all this movement was like madness. These table searches, these food lines are a nightmare. Cleaning tables after previous people is simply no. The waiters don't even brush the crumbs off the table and casually throw cutlery on the table, if at all. We often had to go ourselves for cutlery and napkins. This is a huge minus of this hotel. And everyone who prioritizes food - you are not there. The only pastries are good, but they are good everywhere, I guess. Alcohol is normal. Wine white and pink is quite possible to use, not shmurdyak. From paid restaurants we went to fish. The fish on the ice did not cause us much desire to eat it, but the shrimp were cooked there deliciously. In addition to shrimp, they serve salads and french fries for free.
5. Party. There are a lot of people in this hotel. We were lucky, we almost did not meet frank rednecks, boors and drunks, or maybe we were lucky. Thanks to our child, we met a lot of people, it was not boring at all. The audience of all ages. And families and without them. Excellent animation, children's and adult disco, evening show. In the evening there is live music on the street, in a very good performance of foreign hits. Everyone is dancing. there you can sit on the grass and smoke a hookah. Very soulful. You can walk around the neighboring hotels, there is a chic area, like a botanical garden.
I want to put a special emphasis on health. Egypt is a country of contrasts and poisonings. Children and adults are often poisoned there. I advise you to take a bag of medicines with you, it will come in handy. When our little one got poisoned, we went to the local doctor (don't forget to take your insurance policy with you). Of course, there are no doctors there, but the medicines were given out for free. They said to take an antibiotic before departure. Of course, we didn’t do that, we drank a couple of days to relieve the aggravation.

I do not recommend doing massage at the hotel. Feeling like after the assembly line, complete garbage. Well, if you want to try it yourself, then try it))
Summary. The hotel is not bad in terms of entertainment, I was in the Sheraton (Charm), it was much more boring there. In general, longing is green in the evenings....
I hope my review will be useful to you when choosing a hotel, and have a good rest! Do not expect more from Egypt than it can give you.
