Stayed for a long time. Highly. We arrived at the hotel at 19.00, the room key was issued at 23.00. Then it turned out that we arrived on the day when the electricity went out in the whole hotel for three or four hours. When we arrived, there was already some lighting, but we understood that the base was not working for the administrators and computers were hanging.
My husband and I lived in the Aqua room: far from the restaurant and the beach, opposite the Aqua Park. The room has old furniture and appliances, the bath is already in poor condition, but everything worked. As soon as we checked in, the cleaner came, introduced himself, said that he would clean every day. So it was, always clean. Also every day changed towels, bedding, brought shampoo, gel, drinking water. We really liked that the cleaning took place when we were not in the room. A couple of times left a tip, but not every day.
The beach is wonderful. The sunbeds, however, are old, but with new mattresses. In sufficient quantity. Due to the fact that the beds are wooden, they are very heavy and inconvenient to move, but more environmentally friendly (compared to plastic). They also noticed this: if a husband takes beach towels, they give him old ones, if I - new ones. A mask and snorkel is a must have here, there are a lot of fish, the underwater world is very beautiful, you must see it.

The food tastes good, mostly not oversalted, but both my husband and I had problems with the gastrointestinal tract. There is a pharmacy on site, we bought all the necessary medicines there when the ones we brought with us ran out. For Nifuroxazide and Streptocid paid 13 dollars.
Queues only in the restaurant on the first floor, there is a terrible stuffiness. We went to the second floor: cooler, freer, more than three people in line were only for croissants in the morning.
Separately, I would like to write about A la carte restaurants. We were only in one - fish, which we greatly regretted. To get to the restaurant, you need to reserve a table in advance (from 10-12 every day). I arrived at 9.50, I was 15th in line. And behind me - just a huge number of people. I stood 45 minutes, got a coupon. At the appointed time, they came to the restaurant, the variety of the menu struck - one seafood salad, one main seafood dish (you can choose fried or grilled), two desserts. The seafood salad turned out to be made from cabbage and crab sticks, seasoned with ketchup. Inedible. Main course: undercooked fish in foil, two raw shrimp, squid in breadcrumbs was nothing (there is a photo). Husband ordered white wine (for an amateur). For dessert we had a lemon pie - delicious. We were disappointed that we had to queue for this.
We went to the water park. The first time we went at 10.30 - all mats and circles were occupied. The next day we came to the opening at 10.00, managed to grab the inventory. There are cool slides, also a cool wave pool. My husband tore his swimming trunks and I saw that he was not alone. Maybe the joints are of poor quality or something else, but to visit the Aquapark you need to take such ones so that you don’t feel sorry for throwing them away.
In general, if you do not focus on minor flaws, you can have a good rest.
