I’ll start from the beginning, they settled in the room for about an hour for a long time, when they settled I was shocked, I had not yet seen a room in a five-star hotel, with torn wires, and with beds substituted under them for some reason, without an elevator to the 4th floor (there are no elevators anywhere, no one helped with the luggage). I arrived at night with two children, no attitude. After a small scandal, the number was changed (for money, of course), for the numbers they gave me everything from 10 to 20 dollars. The second time they settled in a room on the first floor in a cascade, it’s hard to say that it’s better than something, the furniture is very old, the door in the cabinet near the refrigerator is torn off, the refrigerator is all dirty, it doesn’t close well, one single bed is broken under the mattress for two, it was bad for the little one to sleep, but it didn’t change anything, I’m generally silent about cleaning, it’s been cleaned from above and thank God. In the morning we went for breakfast, to a restaurant on the ground floor, there are a lot of people, everyone is running around, shit is on the tables, the waiters can barely walk, everything is tired is not the right word, plastic small cups, yuppie juices, transparent coffee, in short, horror. In the afternoon we went to the second floor to the restaurant, there are fewer people there, but the dishes are also beaten, the soup plates are all with beaten handles, there are not enough cutlery, I’m already silent about the fact that the tablecloths are not removed after the people who ate in front of us at this table , you can write about the dining room for a long time, but a little bit by the 3rd day of rest, we learned to get out of everything, then fewer people came to the opening or closing, then there were also fewer people who had dinner on the beach, in general, in different ways. About cleanliness, it's not about this hotel. if you are a neat catastrophe, you will not find it here, it is not there anywhere from the dining room to the beaches and toilets. They fed so-so, they also learned to choose what they had already tried and everything was fine, there was no grilled meat at all: hard, rubbery, when they started frying in the evening, such a reserve was indescribable. From fruits, apples, melons, oranges, they said they gave watermelon, I didn’t see, they gave a lot once they tried it and that’s enough. But the food is so hungry you won’t stay, you can pick up something for yourself, no alcohol, though I only took wine, it’s diluted, a friend tried rum, he also said no. The water park is normal, the sea is super super super, I don’t even know how to convey a lot of fish, clean and beautiful, sand entry, there is enough space on the beach. The Internet is available at the reception in the main building of the "Cascade" building, in principle, it pulled well in the morning and at lunchtime, worse in the evening.
