Отель ни о чем Hotel about nothing

It’s not the first time in Egypt, but the first time I’m writing a review, because I’m an unpretentious person and I’m always happy with everything, no matter what, BUT this hotel and my girlfriend were shocked!
The first thing I want to say is, do not contact the Join up tour operator! The flight was delayed by 10 hours, it's good that we went by transfer and waited at home, and people suffered at the airport!
1 Check-in: At the reception we were marinated for 2 hours, then we were settled in one of the worst rooms in the cascata building (this is the worst building), the next day we still managed to be relocated, but nothing really changed. Remember that you there is a right to move until the room suits you, without any surcharges !!!

Room 2: The rooms are dirty and no one cleans them, the maid only makes the bed and puts toilet paper in. There is mold in the bathroom, the socket bulged out from the wall and sparkled when something had to be connected, the window fell out and was held on by one self-tapping screw. In the room without slippers to walk disgusting (dirt everywhere, hairballs, etc. ), in a word, everything in the room is disgusting. There were many people from Ukraine with whom they communicated and no one was satisfied with the number.
3 Restaurant!! ! The restaurant is generally kapets! I repeat that I was in more than one hotel in Egypt (both 4 * and 3 *), and everything was much cleaner there than in this 5 *. As soon as you enter the restaurant, it immediately becomes clear that the unsanitary conditions are complete , which we later became convinced of !! ! On the 3rd day, we both got poisoned (and not only us, according to the stories of many people with whom we talked), although we read reviews about poisoning in this hotel, we thought that these were reviews of eternally dissatisfied people or the intrigues of competitors. The food is about nothing, everything seems to be enough, but everything is kind of dumb and tastes nothing. In a word, because of the food and unsanitary conditions, we lost 2 days and we were lying in the room with poisoning. I recommend to go here!!!
4 Territory: The territory is green, the trees are watered, garbage is found in some places, but this is forgivable, since the territory is very large and the staff does not have time, I did not pay attention to this.
5 Beach and sea: A good sandy beach, we were very pleased with the beach until the last day, but minus that there were ships nearby and on our last day they poured a solarium or something like that into the water. There was no desire to go into the sea, as it stank and on the surface
water was visible emissions from the ship, almost no one entered the water.
Conclusion: I can’t understand where they got 5* from, I wouldn’t give even the worst 3*. If you want to throw money away and waste your vacation, you can go to Tia Heights and make sure that I wrote! they didn’t even fly there for nothing !! !
