We arrived with the operator Pegasus. At first it seemed to us that this hotel did not like our operator. They settled us at the Caskate reception. We (10 people) arrived at 6 am with small children. We were asked to move away from the counter and wait as it was still very early. After us, tourists from Coral Travel arrived, then Tez tour... Which. Somehow they were immediately taken to the numbers.
We were waiting. The bracelets, too, were not immediately put on, they said that it was too early. But then, after the 10th reminder, the children agreed to dress them for us. We walked, looked at the territory, went to the beach, ate. They asked for rooms, as it was noticeable that people were constantly being accommodated. We were told that not yet (Then, my family (3 adults and 2 children) was offered instead of 2 rooms on different floors - 1 family room and we agreed, because we were very tired and in our situation for us - it was the most acceptable option. Our friends with a small child were not settled in. They sent us to dinner, they said that after 2 the room would be ready.

But when friends came to the reception after dinner, there was a queue, and they were sent to the end of the queue for settlement. There was no chapel for the indignation (((With a sleeping child in her arms, people who had been waiting since 6 in the morning had to stand at the end of the line and wait again. After the indignation and rubbish they were still given the key to the room. Dirty, old, not cleaned from thick layers of dust, it was clear that no one lived there.
We are grateful to the guide Pegas and the main manager of the hotel for solving the problem. The room was changed, fruit was brought, restaurants were given to all of us, but the sediment remained. I would like to advise the owners of the hotel to change the management at the Caskate reception. They do not communicate well with guests, they are rude, they spoil the impression of the rest of tourists. And this is not only my opinion. We talked with other tourists. In the main building, the staff is much friendlier and more good-natured. In general, we were impressed with the holiday. The food is good but not varied. Every day is the same with a few changes. Not enough fruit. There are queues. I advise you to come to the opening of the restaurant. there were seafood - crabs, fish.
Of the fruits, I was impressed by figs, fresh dates, fried banana in caramel. I can't help but remember their signature hot croissants. We did not stay hungry) I put a big plus to the animation team. This is the first time I meet such active entertainment. Bianka, - you have a separate respect. Enjoyed the foam party, pool disco, festivals on the beach, pizza party for kids, evening shows and many other fun adventures. Didn't have to be bored. Children are delighted!! ! And now about the sea. It crosses out all the unpleasant moments. Overseas, you can put 5 with huge pluses. The coast is gentle, sand, corals, fish. There are no words to describe all the beauty and relaxation.
The rooms are old with some renovations. For me - this is not a problem, but for our friends - this has become a decisive disadvantage in the rest. According to the rooms, the hotel does not pull even 4 stars. But I heard that in the main building they are in good condition. The territory is large. This has both a plus and a minus. You will have to constantly go somewhere. Sea, water park, restaurant, bars, mini club, etc. In general, for me it was a plus, because - movement - life. But in the heat, sometimes, I really wanted to teleport. The water park is good, there are slides for both children and adults. But also tired. The child got hurt on the children's slide, there are broken rusty parts. But the kids love it.

The lifeguards are doing a good job. Fun and active. It is a pity that the time of the slides is almost in the sun itself. The hotel operates 3 Alacarta. Chinese, fish and Italian. Menu to choose from 2-3 dishes. Liked everything. According to the rating - in the first place is a fish restaurant. Impressed by salad and grilled seafood. But the Chinese and Italian restaurants also pleased with the taste and originality of the dishes. Also, the hotel has many bars with drinks and snacks. Near the beach you could dine with french fries, pizza, shawarma and hamburgers.
I know that these are general norms, but I encounter this for the first time. To all our persuasion that we had a late flight, small children, etc. , the manager of Caskate did not respond. Asked for an extra day. Then the tourists from the main building said that they did not demand bracelets from them. Of course, we did not pay extra for additional meals, as there no one checks for wristbands in restaurants and bars. But the residue still remains. Is it really hard to meet people?
I am a tourism worker and now I do not know if I can recommend this hotel to my tourists, as I know that I will have to respond to such claims. Once again I ask the hotel administration to replace the management at the Caskate reception. They ruin the reputation of the entire hotel.
