We rested at the end of September 2018, there was a limited budget, so we were ready for anything. But what we got exceeded our expectations.
Our room was in the "Cascata" complex, which is located on the side of the main building. The check-in went pretty quickly, we were escorted to the room, which had furniture that had seen a lot in its life, and a bathroom carefully preserving the fungus on the walls for our arrival. The peculiarity of our bathroom was the lack of a brush, the pin sticking out of the floor, and the inconvenient location of the glass wall into the bathroom, which required some acrobatic skills when entering and exiting the shower. We rested with a child, which, as it were, implies that we need more towels. And it was so when checking in, but the next day the cleaner took the children's towels, only the appeal to the reception helped, after which they gave additional towels. Which the cleaners took the next day : ) By the way, it seems that the cleaning consisted in changing the linen (which was changed every day), but nothing else was cleaned. The ashtray was not cleaned all 7 nights that we rested. Number as a whole killed, but you can live. The air conditioner worked. But this is not 5 * as the hotel positions itself.
The area is huge and full of people. The hotel cannot cope with such a large number of tourists, which affects the quality of service and the attitude of the staff:

- The dishes in restaurants were, if not dirty, but you can’t call them clean either
- They shook off the greasy dirty tablecloth, turned it over to the other side - it's ready - sit down dear guests!
- There were a couple of moments at the bar when the bartender refused to give me water, motivating "one bottle in hand" by doing it not at all in a polite manner
- The water in the cooler in the lobby bar "Cascata" - had the wildest taste of bleach, a feeling that it was collected in the pool
Another specific feature of the hotel was how they dealt with already used water, that is, with sewage, taking into account the scarcity of fresh water, with a green area that needs to be watered. That's right - it floods the fields with sewage, right in front of the residential buildings of the hotel : ) Of course, shit didn't float, but the smell was appropriate. At the end of our holiday, these drains were already flowing along the road : )
In general, the cleanliness here is very bad.
You should also be extremely careful with local alcohol - you can only drink beer. The wine is terrible, it feels like it's not white wine yet, but Braga. For the first time in my life, I was poisoned by strong alcohol - not from quantity, but from quality. For dinner, the whole family ate the same thing, the child did not drink romkul. And my wife and I drank, as a result, I spent the next day in the line of sight of the toilet.
Well, about the pluses, they are still there.
Beach - sandy, entry into the sea from the beach. There are several small (but it seemed to me, dying reefs) with a normal number of fish. And there is generally a "children's" reef to which you can walk without swimming. There are always free sunbeds.
The water park is huge and awesome. From very childish to extreme : )
Kitchen - respect and respect to the chef! Really tasty and varied food with messes and at the same time in dirty dishes and a dirty room.
Maybe for those who have not seen the best and go. But in the end, I'm in a worse hotel in terms of service and cleanliness than this one has ever been.

Will I come here again? - Definitely not.
Can I recommend this hotel? - Definitely not.
