I will try to convey my impressions. We were a family with a 9 year old child. Departure from Borispol without problems. We arrived in Hurghada in the evening - we stood in line for visas, local workers are in no hurry (and according to observations of them - this is their way of life), a meeting from coral travel - everything is fine with humor, we quickly drove straight to our hotel in 20-30 minutes . The check-in was later in Cascata, they quickly took shape in the building to the right of the reception, which has no number on the building. They did not change the number to another, because at first glance everything was fine and they were tired from the road. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom as well, the furniture is very tired and needs to be replaced in a good way, technically everything worked: plumbing, hair dryer, refrigerator - old, light, safe, etc. The TV in the room was old - but we personally watched it for no more than 5 minutes all the time, yet we don’t go on vacation for this, and at home we need to watch it less. There are no complaints about cleaning as such - the guy who cleaned is friendly, always says hello, finds out how things are, smiles; but as I understand it, I don’t know how to clean up qualitatively or don’t know how to do it (they haven’t been taught). Vodichka was delivered to the room every day, even if we had not drunk since the last time. Towels and bedding are clean - no holes, and of course the mattresses should also be changed. The only thing that upset me a little was that water was leaking when you take a shower, the sealant must be changed at the joints in the bathroom. But it doesn’t matter, they didn’t see the point in getting upset about this and making a scandal - they left the room early in the morning and came late to spend the night. By the way, after cleaning, we put the air conditioner on for cooling, and in the evening it was very comfortable in the room - it was turned off at night and it was good to sleep without it. A couple of times they twisted snakes from towels - the child is interested, he liked such attention; )
In the main building - everything is fine at the reception on the first floor, very spacious - a large bright room, quite clean, but on the second floor it’s not so good anymore - there was constantly garbage on the tables near the sofas and no one thought to clean it up while we they were there, even if the bartender came up, took away the glasses, then he didn’t think to grab the garbage at the same time. The territory is very large, a lot of pools, greenery, a lot of bars, enough sunbeds near the pools. I can’t say anything about the pools themselves, only a child swam in them for about ten minutes, the rest of the time at sea. Regarding garbage, our people are certainly incorrigible, and many are not accustomed to throwing a glass not under a bush, but to bring it to the urn; and since the territory is huge, of course, a very large number of personnel is needed.
The sea is just great, there is everything you need, there are a lot of sunbeds, old of course, but serviceable, there are mattresses everywhere, on the first day when we met with the guide, we came a little late to the sea, but it was not difficult to find sunbeds, not on the first line of course , But it's not a problem. In the sea and a gentle entrance with a gentle sand, and a "children's" coral with many fish and further depth, and large corals at a depth of a breathtaking sight. Kids, teens, adults will all find something to their liking. Who does not like to dive or who cannot - you can see the fish right in the water a little to the right, go knee-deep, or from the pier - in the evening with the setting sun - a fabulous sight.

I will touch on the theme of the water park a little, it is open from 10 to 12 and from 13 to 17, an amazing place, great entertainment for children. And for adults who can cope with a sense of fear, there are excellent slides. Everything is OK with safety, on each slide there is a staff who strictly monitors the order and prompts, helps with the descents. A small minus - there are not always enough circles, but a couple of minutes and everything is found.
Much has been said about nutrition, I will not repeat it. There are problems, and of course they are necessary, and the main thing is not difficult (inexpensive) to solve - change the dishes, put a couple of coffee machines - additionally, buy and change beaten cups. Of course, it’s more difficult to taste here, but everyone can find something for themselves that they like, the choice is not small. In Egypt, this is overwhelmingly true.
The attitude of the staff can be different, in the lobby bar the bartenders are not always friendly, in the restaurant they often like to play a joke, or, if I may say so, “grimacing”, but if you are friendly with humor and a smile, then the communication is always positive. There are just great guys in the water park, everything is OK with humor there)). And our people, I mean Belarusians and Russians and Ukrainians, can always stand out - there will always be those who are unhappy with everything, swear, be rude and curse the staff, surrounding vacationers, etc. Someone doesn’t have enough vodka, someone doesn’t like plastic cups in a beach bar...
And the rest we personally turned out to be just excellent, the main thing was to recharge with positive energy, the energy of the sun and the Red Sea. We had a lot of fun with the child - we swam with masks and peeped at the incredibly colorful life under water.
