Disgusting hotel!
We rested here at the end of October 2018. They probably forgot to change 5* to 3.10 years ago. The disgusting communication from the staff was just the beginning. The rooms are terrible, you need to argue with them 3-4 times to get more or less decent rooms! But if you use a video recording when viewing the number and so that they see it, then you can knock out a normal number for yourself in exchange for deleting the video)))) but we didn’t really worry about the number, because we weren’t going to spend a lot of time there. The kitchen is disgusting! Every day the same thing (it stinks when the meat is fried, but the smell is as if they didn’t scrape the chicken - with burnt feathers (fuuuu and you sit and eat and smell it. Everywhere there are constant queues for absolutely everything! Plates are in short supply as well as appliances....When you come to the dining room, the quest begins. I stood for 10-15 minutes, waited until the plates were brought, and then you start to queue for food everywhere! I have never stood in line for ordinary spaghetti and then overcooked (and then you stand again for 10 minutes until they bring forks again. The dishes are dirty, there is still dessert from the previous vacationer on the bottom of the plate (fu. The picture is not better at the bars. There is always no beer or water. You walk around like a fool 5 times asking if there is water. 150 grams each. You take 4 - you drink near the bar, then 4 again - you drink again, only after that it makes sense to take 4 glasses with you to the beach again. And all this time you stand in line - because there are a lot of people and the staff is like- as if from hovering over tourists - all this is so slow and cups of 150 grams where half a cup is foam. And they give you these unfortunate 4 cups with such a mug as if in his mouth, sorry, don't give a shit. The sunbeds are old wooden on the beach, the pillows on them stink and in the morning the quest begins again in search of a sunbed. We went at 6 in the morning to take seats, and then changed when we went for breakfast. You come to the beach at 6 o'clock and the sunbeds are occupied. It happens like this: the staff takes the sunbeds themselves, and then stupidly sell places to vacationers. Pts simple. There is something like a club there. There weren't many people there anyway, but it was possible to walk on the fun. But on the third day of our stay there, they changed the rules: now the bar in the lobby was open until 5 in the morning, and the bar in the club was paid. The consequence of this was the absolute absence of people there. There were only animators. Boredom is complete. The rooms are disgustingly cleaned. Towels were never changed for us until we started swearing on the third day. Either they forget to leave water, or there is no shampoo, or there is no toilet paper, although we left a dollar almost every day. In general, on the fifth day I really wanted to go home. There are no markets nearby. Taxi to the city 20 bucks one way. None of the people we met there had anything good to say about the hotel. The only plus was the sea! We were lucky with the beach, because the nearest hotels had coral beaches - it’s not very convenient to swim (
On departure, you could order breakfast in lunch boxes. Well, this is if you leave early in the morning. The content of the bag is simply full! 2 dry buns, 2 dry sweet buns, one banana and one orange and juice! we are leaving the hotel at 5 am and in Kyiv at 1 pm. Very nutritious. In short, I do not recommend Tia Hights makadi Bay at all. We met on excursions with tourists from other hotels and they looked at us with wide eyes when we told how we were. Well, see for yourself! This is not 5 * but 3 * and then with a stretch.
