CHECK-IN: we arrived at 8 am, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. Check-in at 14:00. While waiting for check-in, we took swimsuits from our luggage, changed in the changing rooms on the beach and sunbathed and swam until lunch. We had lunch and at 14:00 we were settled.

ROOM: We were taken to the room by tuk-tuk. We had the Dune Bay View room. It was a 3 minute walk from the main building. This is a one-story building. It's green around, you can't hear music from discos and it's generally very calm, you could go directly to the sea without going through the main building. The room is quite clean, the furniture is normal, not new, but not killed. Old TV with 2 Ukrainian channels and many Russian channels too. Cleaned up every day. But the towels and bedding were not changed often, once they took away all the towels and left one dirty one for 3 people. We went to the reception and they immediately brought us more clean towels. Shower supplies were also included.

The room had a hair dryer, a safe, a refrigerator, a large closet, one large bed and two small ones, a sofa, two mirrors, access to the terrace with chairs and a table. Every day they brought two bottles of water and you could still take small ones for 0.5 in the lobby bar.

TERRITORY: Huge. We never got around it for the whole vacation, a large swimming pool, two reception buildings, a large water park with a variety of slides, a wonderful beach, 3 a la carte restaurants, and two main restaurants. 2 bars on the beach and one in the pool, a club and a pub with a terrace. There are always gardeners on site who take care of everything.

FOOD: Standard hotel food, but the choice is large and everything is delicious. Dishes are broken, sometimes clean plates, spoons, glasses and cups have to wait. There are coffee machines. For dinner, the grill is outside and some of the tables are also served outside. Alcohol is local, but not bad at all. Beer is just like ours, poured from glass bottles. You can dine at the beach bar.
They serve salads, burgers, chicken nuggets and pizza. It is convenient to eat there because you do not have to stand in line for food and a plate. Waiters at the bar serve every table. Another bar serves ice cream.

BEACH AND SEA: this is the main thing we came for. A large beach with soft yellow sand, with a pleasant entrance to the sea, a gentle entrance without stones, only sand. If you go a little deeper (on the chest) on the right there is a large reef with large flocks of various fish and beautiful multi-colored corals. You can look at the fish without swimming to the depth, or swim around the reef from the other side, where it is deeper. There are always enough beds.

ANIMATION: The animation is simply gorgeous. I am one of those people who do not like all these dances with animation, but in this hotel I went to water aerobics, and to exercises, and to belly dancing, and generally went everywhere) Well done guys! Not stressful and very funny!

And the coolest thing is that every evening after dinner there were wonderful various concerts, where dance groups performed with amazing dances and programs. There were also vocalists, circus performers and water shows with foam. Didn't have to be bored. After the concerts there was a disco.

CONS: not perfectly clean. housekeeping is superficial, the dishes are sometimes dirty, often there are no glasses and plates (you have to wait)
