Rested with children in this hotel.
From the pros:
1. Beach. Sandy, entrance sand. Ideal for children. Very large length.
2. Coral. If you swim a little closer to the buoys, a beautiful series of corals opens up.
3. Lack of wind in winter. Given the location of the hotel, deep in the bay, there is practically no wind in winter.
Well, the positives are over....
Of the minuses.
1. Terribly old hotel.
The entire number of rooms is simply killed.
I have not seen such old rooms anywhere in my 15 years of vacation in Egypt.
The tour was purchased from Cascada Aqua Park Garden View.
Upon arrival, as it turned out, these are different hotels, only food in the main building is common.
After looking through 3 rooms in Cascada and having received a "cultural" shock, we went to the Tia Heights reception. I'm sorry, but Cascada has old CRT TVs in the rooms. My youngest child who is 7 looked at him like a UFO.
For an additional fee of $ 16 / day, they began to settle in the Main Building Room.

These are the buildings that are closest to the sea. and are located in the three-story main building.
After reviewing 3 rooms in these buildings, we chose the best that could be taken.
In the room, all the doors on the lockers just hung askew, as they were torn off.
The curtains on the windows were torn off, the hair dryer was broken, the hooks in the bathroom fell off.
The next morning, at the info meeting, I wrote everything to the guide and asked to be eliminated. After that, they started calling from the reception and offering to transfer to a better room.
As I understand it, it was difficult for them to fix all the problems in this room)))))))))
Moved to the building closest to the sea. 30-40 meters, opposite the main pool.
11 - numbers.
Only in this case the rooms are better. This case looks newer. The furniture is completely different. But the door in the locker was also torn off and hung on its side)))))))))

In the photo in the presentation of the hotel there are photos that have nothing to do with the reality of the photos of the rooms.
There are no such beds in sight.

2. Terribly dirty dining room.
The place where breakfast, lunch and dinner are held and is called the "main restaurant" is very difficult to call a restaurant.
Ordinary soviet dining room.
On the first day of arrival, all the dishes were either dirty or broken.
Here's half of the dishes are just chipped or dirty. I have never seen such horror.
After talking at the reception, and describing everything to the guide, they began to wash the dishes !!!!!!!
And they removed the beat. But as it turned out, not for long.
Broken and chipped glasses, even in a la carte restaurants.
Also, be prepared for the fact that at dinner you will see a mouse in the dining room !!!!!!
Two evenings in a row, during dinner, a mouse was chasing around the dining room, which was caught by the entire staff of waiters, headed by the chief manager of the dining room.
At the beach bar, everything is poured into small plastic cups. Beer, tea, coffee.

The coffee machines are turned towards the bar, that is, the same person pours you tea and coffee, as well as beer and other strong drinks.
And in order to take tea to a child, you need to stand in line.
Some food at the beach bar starts at 13.00, the same time as lunch at the main restaurant.
Bottled water is only available at the lobby bar. If you want to drink some water on the beach, you will only have to run to the bar in the lobby.
In the dining room for breakfast, cheese and sausage are not cut on trays, but the cook is standing and cutting you from a piece, 3 pieces of cheese. It actually looks like some kind of madness.
Ice cream is given at 15.00, but each time at different bars. You can find out where and when only if you go around all the bars. It is stated that they give out ice cream from 15.00 to 16.00
Two days after going through the quest "find a place for issuing ice cream", having arrived at 15.15, they just heard that the ice cream was over. In short, they give out only one box.
The whole system is designed so that you eat less and drink less.

3. Staff. Terrible attitude towards guests.
All the staff act like you owe them something.
They are simply not trained to smile at guests.
On towels, workers cheat children on cards. And this is a system. For 10 days, such a case was observed 4 times.
A child comes to hand over towels, and he is given fewer cards. And it doesn't matter that you just counted those towels and are going to pick up your baby. It's impossible to prove. All the managers come and say that they are in charge here and are in charge of everything. Moreover, they simply openly swear with the guests.
Mostly Ukrainians, Belarusians and Russians rest in the hotel.
Perhaps this attitude is precisely because of this.

The same now the main pool is under repair. The whole is closed and construction is going on around it, which is not fenced by anything. We haven't heard about security here.
That year we rested nearby in Sunrise, these are completely two different holidays. These are two completely different concepts for the operation of the hotel.

If you have already stayed in good hotels, do not go to Tia, as the first days are a complete disappointment.
I approached and wrote to the reception and the guide, and the general manager was approached. Everyone listens, correct ONLY for you. But after a while, everything returns to complete indifference. Most likely, the hotel is focused on Ukraine, Belarus, and they think that everything will come down for us in this form.
It’s a pity that out of 10 families who came to the hotel with us, only we approached the guide, at the reception and tried to get a better relationship and change something. All the other 9 families were also indignant, but to each other on the beach.
