The hotel is large, the rooms are good, I'm not picky, everything was fine, they cleaned well, on request they fixed the drain in the sink, there were no problems. The view from the balcony was not the pool, but the courtyard, which is very good (quiet and beautiful). They didn't pay extra for the room. The hotel has a sandy beach, a good sunset, you can swim with a mask (there are corals nearby). There were not many people, the sunbeds were free, someone did not borrow at 5-00 in the morning)))))))) Food: there was a lot of food, there were no frills, everything was normal. Lots of cakes, you won't go hungry. Yes, there are people who came to the opening and swept away everything in a crowd, but the staff replenished everything where it was empty with food, and therefore there was food. Even when we came 2 hours after the opening of the restaurant, there was always food and everything was there. The staff is normal, friendly, there were no problems, they always put 2 bottles of water in the rooms, who were given little for free at the bar. Animation was, but we were not interested. So to say whether she was good or not, I will not say. There is a free water park, it worked from 10 to 12-00 and from 14 to 16-00, a great opportunity to ride the slides for anyone interested. Cons (for me): there were a lot of salads in the restaurant, but as for me there was nothing to choose, some salads were all specific (as if they cut everything that was and mixed it). I got out of the situation by eating fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce)). And one more minus is that the heating was not turned on in the pool (for December it is very important) and it did not work out to swim in it. As a result: the rest is excellent, the guide at the hotel helped to resolve any issues (coral travel), I liked everything, I would go again, the rest was a success. Recommend! !
