When they refused to pay, he said the room was not ready, wait half an hour, when they said that we would go to the sea and return in an hour, they immediately took us to the rooms, supposedly to settle, but they didn’t even carry the suitcases there. The rooms were dirty and overlooking a construction site. The children were naughty, in the end they paid $ 15 for two more decent rooms. We talked with people, everyone has the same story, they extort up to $ 30. Although the rooms are all frankly spree.
The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gradual. Own reef, fish. The pontoon on one side of another hotel entrance is 5 € (walked in the evening for free), on the other side of the Tia pontoon, you can’t enter the water from either side.
There is no protection from the wind near the sunbeds, for February this is a problem. The wind is cold and strong.

The pools are not heated.

Mini bar free is just two bottles of water, you could at least put some juice.
The food is simple but varied.

For a week there were not 2 a la carte restaurants, but 3, and this was the only nice bonus.
On the beach we took a boat trip from the hotel. Price $25. They promised an hour of fishing, we’ll catch a fish, but with a scandal in a non-fish place, they still let us go fishing. They promised strawberries, bananas, watermelon. In fact, food from a restaurant, banana fruit. Turtles, moray eels were also not promised. Fruits can only be bought on the beach - a plate of strawberries 1$ in Hurghada, not in the cheapest shop kg at the same price. There are no shops near the hotel. Only you need to go very far, and then fruits are only on order, a pharmacy, pyramids or go to the city.
The water park is beautiful, but again without heating.
