I really liked the hotel. A lot of us flew - me, husband, 2 children (4 years and 1.2 years old), my sister, her husband and their son (4 months old)
We arrived on April 27, settled us quickly, gave neighboring rooms. The room is large, the balcony is even larger (table, chairs, two sun loungers - all for relaxation). Our buildings were called "lagoon". The location is very good, close to everything, yet very quiet.
The staff is excellent, they do everything quickly - in the restaurant they bring drinks to the tables (which I met for the first time in Egypt), in the hall and at the children's animation everyone looks after the children and does not let them out of the hall, the rooms are served well, my child was sick, he vomited and ponosila, several times a day they changed my bed a couple of minutes after applying. It impressed (and without swearing and tipping (although I later gave it myself).

The sea is super, sand, the entrance is gentle, close to the depth. Near corals, and a few, a lot of fish.
The food was excellent - always seafood (either fish, or breaded fish, or fish cakes (from fillets and not minced meat), or squids, or squid rings, seafood soup with shrimp), and chicken (or grilled, or frying with vegetables, or boiled) and meat (or meatballs, or lula, or shawarma, or whole pieces). The children's menu is super simple, well, really, for the kids, both of them ate excellently, although the older one is almost not an eater - soups with natural broth, boiled chicken, meatballs, chicken / fish cutlets, mashed potatoes, rice porridge, small pasta. Now, by the way, they start feeding children 30 minutes before adults, in order to ensure that adults do not take food from the children's table. This is great, but they introduced it on the last day of our vacation, and before that I was indignant that everyone in a row takes what was made for children)))
The animation is the best I've ever seen. Not just ostentatious, but from the heart, all games with a huge number of participants, all with great courage. Such evening programs - well, just shine, and the evening show programs were never repeated, although we were 2 weeks old. Well done girls - children's animators Alina and Elya, young boys - Antonio, Fotks, Mando and others. I liked Egypt show, Harakiri show and Chicago show the most.
The hotel area is large, clean, green. Now a water park is being built there, but we have not seen or heard any noise, dirt or dust.
A train runs around the territory, the kids love it, I rode it a hundred times. Convenient for those who live far from the sea and for those who have curious children)))
By the way, I did not see any "living creatures" in the rooms. The maximum is a small lizard in the common hall
