In general, they went through customs, received luggage, etc. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am. We arrived at the hotel on 3 buses, everyone was lined up near the buses and announced, aqua and dune rooms reception on the second floor for the rest of the reception on the first and everyone went to their reception. On the last visit, the bracelets were put on as soon as we entered the hotel, and they were also settled immediately, but now at 14-00 they brought a pile of folders to the rooms and began to check in, or they could at least check in as soon as the rooms were ready. Changes for the worse. This is, in principle, the only dark spot on our vacation, but we reacted to everything with humor and, in addition, met many while standing in line for a room.
Room 6403, which we got, is located in building 64 in the dunes, almost at the very border with another hotel, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the main building, slowly. There is an opportunity to relax after eating, admire the huge landscaped area, breathe fresh air. We were taken to the room on a jalopy, later a suitcase was delivered. The room is large, spacious, with aqua, where we lived on our last visit, can not be compared. 2 single beds, I wrote about the advantages in previous reviews, and one large sofa, which the concierge took apart for us and on which our children slept and were very pleased. There is a beautiful tree in front of the room, the leaves are similar to our mountain ash, only instead of berries there are red flowers. The rooms are all standard, I will not describe. They clean every day, do not wash, but wipe the dust for $1.
The territory of the hotel is huge, well-groomed, green. Cleanliness is everywhere, walking around such a territory is pleasant, especially with children, they really liked to run barefoot on soft grass. The only negative is that some stale water is poured over, but the smell does not last long. We were shopping in Hurghada, there is also such a smell near the hotels, we thought maybe they had something with water...
We had a hotel guide like last time - Ihab. Well done, he knows his business, he can make a discount, and find an alternative to an excursion, and generally helps tourists. We bought a trip to Luxor from him, we really liked it, I won’t describe it - I’m not a guide, but I recommend it to everyone. Shops in the hotel break prices, mom don't worry, there's no competition, so they got brazen, they don't even want to bargain. It is better to go to Hurghada and buy 5 times cheaper, or when flying at the airport in Dutik, even cheaper there.

In restaurants, food is like everywhere else in Egypt, without frills, but you won’t stay hungry. A couple of times there was watermelon and peaches, but for some reason they imposed it in a limited way, the all-inclusive system - smokes. The beach bar has a limit on beer, more than 4 plastic cups are not given. Glasses 100 grams, in general, laughter and nothing more, in the heat this glass goes away in one sip, so there is always a queue for beer. But there are excellent bars in the lobby of the main building and in the main restaurant, and the bartenders are generally professionals and well done so it was not a pity to give a tip. Still not a bad bar where there is a disco, but there is loud music playing and the bartenders can not always hear you, but it's not their fault, but everything is gut. Alcohol is not ice. Beer as if diluted with water, although they are poured from bottles. They took 1 time rum and 1 time brandy, Egyptian, $ 5 per bottle, disappointed, water with water, it’s even disgusting to drink, they left it unfinished in the room.
Animators are generally a separate issue, they are just super. For kids Kids Club during the day and Mini Disco in the evening, cartoons during the day. Two girls are engaged with children, there are water activities and walks around the hotel, so that the children know everything about the hotel itself and about the plants on the territory. Baking pizza and going to a nearby hotel, meeting with animators and children, and much more. And in the evening, a children's disco in Mini Disco, a child, a daughter of 6 years old, upon arrival in Russia, forced me to find songs from Disco and now she listens to them and dances. Mododtsy girls, the child was just eager for Mini Disco and Kids Club. The kids also enjoyed playing golf. Adults also have no time to be bored, I personally, with my 10-year-old son, constantly played Water polo, saw volleyball, football, squash, etc. played, all this during the day, and in the evening the animators put on chic shows. Foam party, Miss Tia, Mr. Tia, Cobra show, karaoke and much more, I won’t bore you with listings, I’ll say one thing, you definitely won’t be bored. The main thing is to be positive and polite.
The sea is warm and gentle. The beach is sandy for children expanse. There is a small reef, but this is not Charm and should not be compared. The sunbeds are old and umbrellas do not protect from the sun, but still this sea is a source of health and good mood, so upon arrival everyone runs to the sea.
The water park in Tia is a fairy tale and a song, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise your head will hurt. There for kids there is a separate pool with slides, and for adults and older children, the rest of the water park is simply given away. It makes no sense to describe, there are videos on the Internet, but it's better to try it yourself. Feelings of fear and euphoria cannot be described - you have to try.

Summing up our vacation, I can say that we had a rest, not great, but good. Everywhere has its pros and cons, but as experienced tourists (in Egypt 4 times) we can say that there are better places. If we compare it with the last visit to Tia, then the changes for the worse are obvious, these are attitudes, food, and the Egyptian all-inclusive system (do not give more than 4 in your hands). Or maybe we find fault and everything is fine, there are no comrades for the taste and color, and everyone decides for himself where to go on vacation. We would recommend this hotel for holidays with children and families, lovers of a quiet, unpretentious holiday. The main thing is to be positive and polite, and do not forget about tips for those who deserve it.
