I fundamentally disagree with the bad reviews of tourists - do not forget that you are still going to Egypt - where, like every country, it has its own characteristics, especially since, in comparison with holidays in other countries, even the best hotels are inexpensive. I have been traveling to Egypt for many years and every time I notice an improvement in the quality of service.
1. This hotel is ideal for winter holidays - it is located in a lowland and, compared to other hotels, it is not so windy. There are no waves on the sea, although the water is a little cool, but you can swim.
2. The territory is very beautiful and comfortable, yes, it is big, but if you want a quiet, lazy holiday, and especially with children, please, for this there are neighboring small and immersed in greenery Iberotel, Solymar.
3. Animators will not let you get bored.

4. The food in the restaurant cannot be said to be of high quality and variety, probably considering the absence of a large number of people in winter. Although it was pleasing that it was not peppered. For a change, the hotel offers a variety of restaurants on site - moreover, if you have an all-inclusive system - 50% discount.
5. The rooms are excellent - spacious, everything you need is there, even the scales in the bathroom : ). The only problem we had with water was warm, not hot.
6. The service is excellent - any of the staff, up to the maids, will come up to you and ask how they can help, and I was pleased with the unobtrusiveness of the staff (taking into account national characteristics), if you don’t want to communicate, they don’t bother, which surprised. The waiters don’t take tips, it’s forbidden. Want to thank - special boxes.
Tip for relaxing in winter - take warm clothes, in the evenings it is quite cool.
Negative points:
Action "All inclusive" on the day of departure - only until 12.00. For the first time I encountered this, it is inconvenient if the plane is in the evening. My opinion is a petty fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey.
