When settling, we were very tired of the road, but it seemed that the administrator was not less tired, but readily agreed to replace us with a request (1 Double Bed instead of 2 Twin Beds), the new number came out even the highest category. This impression was smoothed out by a very friendly Bellboy, who helped us in every possible way, even suggested to exchanging large bills into small ones.
The room was wonderful, very clean and tidy, with a great view of relaxation. Surprisingly, Wai-Fai works almost all over the hotel (except the beach), and it works well and free of charge.
The hotel cleaner deserves a separate gratitude - he made good figures of towels every day, and even when we refused cleaning, we asked if we needed to bring water, tea and coffee. Generally, the staff at the hotel is very friendly and kind, we quickly became friends with the waiter and bartender, who were then very sad when we had time to leave.

Also, a big plus - local sellers are unobtrusive and it is enough to give up 1 time so they do not get. The shops are before the reception and on the beach, then the beach is lower. Sellers are not traded as in Hurghada or Sharma, they can drop a little, but not significant. Prices are higher than in Hurghada/Sharma, because it is a resort designed for Europeans. The card is paid in local currency, so immediately agree on what currency the final price is - dollar or euro (because there is a difference in exchange rate). I advise you to visit the store Dino Dino - he has teas, cosmetics and perfumes. He is very kind and willing to communicate, we have come to tea and conversation many times.
Animation is very diverse - a bunch of games, activities, an evening program. The food is varied, delicious and sufficient, we also visited the Italian restaurant A la Carte for birth, then, in addition to delicious kitchen, we were decorated with a table and brought a delicious cake.
Visitors of the hotel are mostly Europeans - Germans, Italians, Poles, Czechs, there are some Ukrainians. There are no Russians, the staff mostly does not speak Russian, we spoke in English.
In the evening, many mosquitoes - bring a fumigator with you for a room and sprays for walking outside.
The reef is large and very beautiful, during the flow of water is enough to carefully swim over it.
The water park and Lazy River work only 4 hours a day-10-12 and 14-16. There are only 12 tubes on Lazy River, so you need to wait for them. Tugs near the pools should be occupied in the morning, because they are quickly disassembled.
