We rested in late November - early December 2021, we liked the hotel very much. It feels like they really want to create a happy life for their guests. Huge sparkling rooms, a great beach with an amazing reef, delicious food of all kinds (including great baklava), great coffee from coffee machines and, perhaps most importantly, great staff who make your stay a real one.

We rested in late November - early December 2021, we liked the hotel very much. It feels like they really want to create a happy life for their guests. Huge sparkling rooms, a great beach with an amazing reef, delicious food of all kinds (including great baklava), great coffee from coffee machines and, perhaps most importantly, great staff who make your stay a real one.
Good internet in the lobby and in the surrounding area, it is not in the rooms. There is a mobile tower next to the hotel (disguised as a palm tree : )), it catches Vodafone and Orange perfectly, I won’t say about other operators. A guide can help with a SIM card (16000 SuperMB Orange / see explanations on the operator's website / - $20).
There was no effect of the first day, although they arrived in the morning and did not sleep until the evening. Bracelets are put on immediately, breakfast at the hotel until 9.30, but until 10.00 they will be fed in the restaurant without any problems. Checked in at 10.30, that is, within 40 minutes. We were with children, so without question they gave two rooms nearby, which, as I already wrote, were struck by the size and cleanliness. The bathroom has soap dispensers, a hairdryer, all the necessary towels. There are no shampoos / slippers / bathrobes, still a four. If you do not hang up a bag so that they do not disturb, they will clean and change everything that you indicate, at least every day. Also every day they give out 1.5 liters of bottled water per person, the water is very pleasant. When you ask not to disturb, they leave her at the door. The janitor in the 14th building is just gold, but I think that in others it is no worse.
On the beaches, workers help with sunbeds and bring mattresses. The pier is long wooden, on both sides of it there is a sandy entry into shallow water, where it is better to be in corrals. Approximately 30 m from the edge of the beach, fish, sea urchins begin, and a stingray is found. The reef is very interesting, big, a lot of fish, in the morning we met a turtle. For 8 days of rest, a red flag appeared 2 times, 2 times - green, the rest of the time - yellow, air / water temperature 28/28, with cream 50 did not burn even once. It left the impression that this is the best time of the year in Marsa Alam.
A wonderful heated pool up to 1.6 m deep and three boring slides (a fast straight line, a second one with turns and a wide children's one). There is another pool about the same size and a lazy river, both unheated.
Everything shows that the hotel is very lucky with the manager Atef, who walks around the territory all the time, while the staff respects him very much. Tips are not expected and thank you for them from the bottom of our hearts. As we were told, the hotel plans to become a five-star hotel, and it shows.
We are very grateful to the travel agent Luda (+3.066 31.7412), who advised us and chose the most suitable days for us to visit this hotel even after the price increase in November. A true professional who has a good understanding of hotels and does his job very responsibly.
We don't usually do this, but we would come to this hotel again.

Were a family after quarantine. Very beautiful reef, clear sea. Food is decent, as for four, a small vibe, but delicious. The area is small but landscaped. There is a water park for the little ones. If there is a storm at sea, then the hotel has three pools, one for children and two adults, as well as three water slides. The food is very varied, even in our eight days we did not have time to try all the dishes, every evening meat and vegetables are cooked on fire, those who wish can eat both in the canteen and on the street, there is a platform under the cover with tables on the street. a variety of drinks, there are vending machines with cola, sprite, coffee and drinks, there are also bars with drinks and beer on the territory of the bossaine and the beach, in general everything was good, only one thing.... the flight was late, we had breakfast, we were evicted at 12:00 from the room, the hotel's bracelet was cut off, , , , , and that's it, dinner after that for us was 5 € per person and coffee for 3 €...... We left the hotel at 14:00 hungry)). 3.5 hours drive to Hurghada airport. but the flight was delayed.

I was struck by the fact that it was necessary to search for what to eat for a long time. There is a lot of food, but all without taste, in salads - carrots, cucumbers, cabbage. Fruits are sliced oranges and finely chopped melon. Sometimes there was a watermelon (it was given to you on a plate). With a look - what is not enough ?? ? Internet is very weak even at the reception. The reception deserves a separate discussion. If the reception is the best workers, the face of the hotel, then I can’t imagine who the worst are, They frankly don’t care who you are and what you are doing here. Upon departure, the reception was warned that they would pick us up an hour later, as the departure time had changed. We were 2 people waiting for the transfer at 22.45. They didn't tell us this, After they started calling the tour operator and finding out why there was no bus, at the reception they told us that our plane had departed earlier !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! You can’t even imagine such a thing in a nightmare, you flew out without us)))). People don't care if tourists visit their country or not. After this visit, I take a long break from visiting this country.

There is nothing near the hotel, keep that in mind. They settled us quickly, they gave us a room in the first building, which is closest to the sea. Everything was in working order, whether the curtains were dusty, for example, we did not particularly check, since we only slept in the room and that's it. I can only say that the bed is comfortable, we slept well and the plumbing did not make much noise. The beach is not bad, the entrance to the sea is shallow at first, you have to go to the depth or you can swim from the pier, the reef is very beautiful and long, there is a lot of interesting things, there was a moray eel for happiness in the city hotel, and then the Poles who sailed far told that they even saw turtles and some sharks. It was enough for us personally that we saw about a hundred or two hundred meters from the pier. There are no complaints about the food, everything was quite simple, but tasty, there are no queues, there is always beef and chicken, well, except that there wasn’t enough normal sausage, they only have soy. It is better to take your own alcohol, there is only no local one, only beer tastes less if it is cold. Thanks to the people who advised me to buy a local SIM card at the airport, they really appreciated that it is very convenient and not expensive to be constantly in touch. The service staff is polite, they don’t understand Russian, but they always tried to please us, for which it’s not a pity to give a small tip. The territory itself is not very large, rather compact, there are two swimming pools, one of which has slides, which is of course a plus for children. Animation is present, but we went, because we went to bed early, the first dive we had at about seven, in the morning the largest variety of underwater animals. In general, we were satisfied with our stay in a new place. If you are interested in the underwater world in the first place, then you are definitely here, but there is nowhere to go to shops, cafes and clubs.

The hotel itself is a quiet piece of paradise with the most kind staff and animators. In Marsa Alam, 4 times there is something to compare with (Hurghada and Sharm) they don’t get into the dust ....The food is excellent and varied, the animators work hard, every evening they hold a show program, the sea and the reef are fabulous (turtles, dolphins, moray eels) everything is present.
