Хороший отель с убийственным понтоном! Nice hotel with a killer pontoon!

This is our third time at this hotel. It's excellent, with excellent food, large, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone I know! We go to Sharm for the sea and coral reefs, and at this hotel, they're magnificent! BUT...This year, the pontoon is TERRIBLY broken and dilapidated!! ! Over the course of 11 days, three people were seriously injured! A man cut his heel on a piece of metal they'd placed at the entrance for some reason, a second woman fell and broke her arm, and a third woman, in front of me, fell on her back and couldn't get up. She had to be carried to the ambulance on a sun lounger! I ask the hotel management to replace the pontoon and not ruin the guests' vacations, as well as their reputation.
