Понтон нужно срочно менять!!! The pontoon needs to be replaced urgently!!!

My husband, friends, and I stayed at this hotel in January 2026. We loved everything except the pontoon: it was short and very unstable. They welded some kind of metal shield to it while we were there, but it didn't make it any more stable—there were injuries, too. So, even in light waves, they close it, and there's simply no other permitted access to the reef. We even had to take a taxi to the windless Ras Um Sid Bay and swim there. The hotel reef is quite vibrant and beautiful, especially if you swim further out past the buoys, toward the Four Seasons. In January, there's not a soul there except for a lifeguard on the pier, but the corals are more beautiful and the fish are much more plentiful. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even climb up to the pier for a rest and then swim back. It was there that I photographed Napoleon wrasse, Red Sea mackerel swimming with their mouths open, a swimming moray eel, an emperor angelfish, and many other interesting fish. If you like to swim early in the morning, when the pier is still closed, you can easily reach the reef without the pier by walking a couple of meters to the buoys of the small beach to the left of the pontoon, stepping over them and immediately swimming without touching the corals.
The hotel is very pleasant and charming; there are no complaints about either the cleaning or the food. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.


An electric shuttle bus runs around the grounds regularly, and many people use it to avoid the hill, although it's not steep at all.

We really liked the fish restaurant on the beach; we had two delicious dinners there. We reserved it right there, and the second time they offered us dinner there themselves.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, and full of flowers.

The temperature in January was excellent – ​ ​.25 degrees Celsius, and the water was 23 degrees Celsius. Quite comfortable! Considering the hotel's low price and the beautiful house reef, this hotel is highly recommended.
