I rested in this hotel from 03/08/2016 to 3/15/16. I had a late check in. We arrived at 7:40 pm and went straight to dinner. Breakfast and dinner had the same menu every day with slight variations.
Breakfast:
Beans in tomato.
Separately raw tomatoes, separately cucumbers.
Chinese cabbage, tomato and cucumber salad.
Cauliflower salad with carrots.
Something between cottage cheese and feta cheese.
A small assortment of sweet pastries.
Almost every breakfast was a dish of stewed eggplant and tomatoes - not tasty at all.
There was also something like a vegetable stew of carrots, zucchini and asparagus - all this is slightly stewed and almost tasteless, besides, apparently, the vegetables were not washed well, because the sand often crunched on the teeth. Pancakes or scrambled eggs were baked to order.

Since I don't eat meat, it's hard for me to say what was meat. Looks like it was meat in tomato sauce. There were tea, coffee and drinks. There was a sweet rice soup. In my opinion, for breakfast, you could only eat a worm.
For dinner:
There was always rice, most often with curry, although twice there was white salted rice. If I bought this rice in Ukraine in a canteen, I would consider it good, but not excellent. For the Arabs, this rice is a top three. I know that the Arabs are great at cooking rice.
Also for dinner was a beaten dish, which, in my opinion, was prepared from a half-eaten morning vegetable stew and a dish of eggplant and tomatoes.
There was always a puree soup, in my opinion, delicious. Often there was mashed potatoes on the water and badly whipped. Again, vegetable stew with a crunch of sand on the teeth. Boiled chickpeas that no one has eaten. Sesame seasoning - for a weak four. The assortment of pastries is twice as large as in the morning. Of the fruits for dinner, only oranges were given, although at least bananas and dates could have been added. Tea, coffee, drinks.
Before that, I rested in a three-star hotel and do not see any difference in nutrition. Food does not pull on 4 *. Often there were situations when the waiter took away the dirty dishes and suddenly began to speak loudly in Arabic, without addressing anyone in particular. As I understand it, it was he who said how “good” I am since I don’t give “baksheesh”. Very unpleasant.
Almost every dinner had fish and two meat dishes. There were also zucchini in tomato sauce - quite tasty. I ate my supper with mashed soup and rice with some vegetables.
As the title says, my room was never cleaned or bed changed. On the last day of my stay, the towels were changed and the accumulated rubbish was thrown out.
Fridge and TV remote did not work in the room. Channels could only be changed on the TV. The breakdowns were never fixed, apparently, because I did not give “baksheesh”. One goofy janitor smiled all the time, laughed, spoke Arabic, sometimes said "high five", kept grabbing his hand all the time. Very repulsive and disturbing behavior. Other rooms, however, were cleaned, probably for "baksheesh".

There are also positive aspects. The room is large and bright, it is pleasant to be in it. The big double bed is better than in my house. Nice pool with 3 slides.
The worst thing that happened in this hotel. On the penultimate day of my stay, they robbed the neighboring room, stole an old poor mobile phone (according to the victim) and her husband's sweatpants. There were signs of forced entry on the front door.
In this situation, I was more surprised by the action of the administration and security. The head of the hotel security, after examining the damaged front door in the room, said that the victims staged a robbery and hid the supposedly “stolen” things themselves. The hotel administrator never called the police and did not tell the tour operator about the theft. It was already late in the evening and the administrator said that tomorrow this situation could be discussed with the director. The director did not show up the next day. As compensation, the victims were given the opportunity, on the day of departure, to stay in the room until the last moment and go to dinner.
For myself, I decided the following:
If there is an opportunity to go to this hotel at a low price again, I will go only if there is no other hotel where they do not steal. I will go because:
1) other hotels with a similar price have similar problems.
2) The quality of service suits me quite well. I'm somewhat accustomed to this attitude. Rudeness is hard to avoid in everyday life. Also, at my house, I don't change my sheets every week, so I don't really care if my sheets haven't been changed. Although, of course, I want to receive service in accordance with the description of the tour.
3) To prevent theft, I take my own security measures.
Reader, if you have time to read hotel reviews and can afford another hotel where at least there is no theft, feel free to go on vacation to another hotel.
