There was a good price for a certain period, so we chose this hotel. Check in was a real nightmare. We were settled for an hour and a half, or rather, our struggle for a clean bed lasted so long.

After three visits to the reception, I was finally given 3! sheets for three people! I came with the children, the guide warned that we should be fed, I asked for at least tea and sandwiches. They gave me three plates of dry buns with inedible cheese, I returned it because it was impossible to eat. You understand that after such a "hospitable welcome", the mood, to put it mildly, was thoroughly spoiled. Only on the second day, after contacting the senior manager, we completely changed the linen and cleaned the room.
