Traveled with my 9 year old son. Tour bought by Fortuna. We didn't know which hotel we were flying to. At the airport in Sharm only found out that this is Aqua Hotel 4 *
I'll start in order. We were at the hotel around 9 am. The room was settled at 10.30 and the bracelets were put on after 12.00. They gave a card from the room and for towels. If we lose, then the payment is 10 dollars. We got a room on the first floor, huge. The safe did not work, the air conditioner and the washbasin was clogged (the water did not go down). After a complaint, they brought a new safe, the air conditioner worked. The plumber made the sink. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed too.
The food is terrible. No glasses, plates, cups for tea and coffee. It was a shock for us. There is nothing for breakfast but scrambled eggs. There were cereal for a couple of days, but I did not observe milk. Then they were removed altogether. Lunches and dinners are a little better. Rice, chicken, fish, and vegetables. Separately, the chef cooked pasta, so we always took them, they were very tasty. There were enough buns and puffs. Enough for everyone. There were fruits too, but not much. If the prepared dishes ended, they were in no hurry to bring new ones again. Well, something like that. In short, we were not hungry, and this pleases, since I have not seen such terrible food in more than one hotel.

There was no animation at all. There is an animator girl, but she did not fulfill her direct duties. At 10.00 included music by the pool and all.
The hotel has three slides. They work according to the schedule from 11.00 to 12.00 and 15.00 to 16.00 There are very few sunbeds near the pool. The pool is not big enough for my child to swim.
Beach. There are two in the hotel. One is sandy, the second is coral. On the sandy bus, according to the schedule, from 10.00 to 13.30 and in the afternoon from 15.00 to 17.00 There are more sunbeds on the beach. The beach itself is more suitable with small children, as it is very shallow and you need to try to reach the depth.
A bus also carries a bus to the coral station twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) from 09.00 to 14.00.
The hotel staff is very awesome. All great guys. For the first time I saw that not only men, but also girls worked.
As a result: I will say that the hotel does not pull on 4 * but on a weak 3 *, but we were satisfied with the rest, as we met wonderful people at the hotel and had a great time together. And this is the main point.
