I rested with my son 8 years old and a friend with two daughters 14 years old and 4 years old.
I'll start with the good:
Settled immediately upon arrival, approximately at nine in the morning, without additional payments - 10/10;
Cleaned daily, made the bed, changed towels - 10/10;
Furniture and repairs in the rooms would do well to refresh, but I put 10/10 for clean bedding and comfortable mattresses (for me, this is much more important than some kind of cabinet, cornice or faucet); gel, shampoo, lotion are missing as it was 4* only soap.
Well, then the indignation:
The territory is not big, almost clean, well-groomed. Sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, chairs are scary. There is no playground.
Three slides working two hours a day (11:00-12:00.16:00-17) is very small + in November it is already cold in the evening (it could have been moved from 15:00-16:00) in the pool water cold.
Wi-Fi is always disappearing, absent in the evenings at all.
The bus went every day to the beach for free, BUT the sea is shallow, like in Hurghada, to swim, you need to walk 200 meters, or maybe more. Tuesday and Friday were supposed to be taken to a beautiful coral beach. Tuesday went, Friday canceled without notice.
There was no animation, there were very few people.
Food for nine days has not changed even once:
breakfast - scrambled eggs, buns, cheese, sausage, cucumber, tomato;
lunch, dinner - rice, pasta, soup, chicken, sometimes fish.
