Whereas for people with bracelets of other colors, waiters come up and bring what they need. The food is well prepared, but very monotonous. Vegetables are generally bad. Soup is just a name. Strictly speaking, it was not bad only with meat. The guy on tap understands only Russian (although you only need to learn one word - beer, everything else is pronounced the same). Somehow I approached, so instead of pouring a new one, he thrust a glass that had already been poured into me for a long time. Even when you come up and speak English, they still determine by the bracelet that you are Russian and behave cheekily and boorishly.
One day we went on a long excursion with a late return to the hotel (another couple from the same hotel, through the same guide, went on the same excursion). He ordered us dinner. When we entered the restaurant, everything was brought to that couple at once, but at first they did not pay attention to us at all. Five minutes later they came to us. I said that there should be dinner. They didn’t understand me (the hotel staff is generally VERY bad with the Russian language - practically nothing). Five minutes later, another Egyptian came up and asked if we spoke English. My level was enough to understand that he says that we are not on the list. I insisted that we should be, because the same couple was discussed. Confused, he left again. Finally, when that couple had already eaten, dinner was brought to us. But the mood was gone.

As for the so-called restaurants, you should not count too much on their level. The service is good, but the food. . . Their pasta is navy pasta with tomato paste. Pizza is a piece of dough with a lot of cheese and a couple of large pieces of tomato, mushrooms and ham for the whole pizza. The Chinese meat is better, but. . . After that, some went to a regular restaurant.
They cleaned the room well, but I didn’t remember the change of linen for the whole week. When we didn't leave a dollar, we got fewer towels.
Pool heating didn't work. As we were told, the heating was broken. But they will fix it only in a week.
We were warned about the long pontoon. Yes, far from the sea. And even when you get off the pontoon, another 10 meters to go along the corals to the depth. When the wind was strong, they were not allowed into the sea.
Beach of another hotel (5 stars, owned by the same owner). But the guards were not allowed to enter the territory, only to pass by. When we passed through another entrance and were able to go inside. The pools there, by the way, are also not heated. We were not allowed to use the slides.
I liked the animation, the guys tried very hard. everything else is not.
Upon departure, when the room had already been handed over, the bracelets were removed and we were waiting for the bus, they refused to pour tea for me at the bar.
