We were very disappointed, the hotel was chosen based on reviews and photos, although we are not resting in Egypt for the first time, the quality of service and service in this hotel is generally absent, but the price tag. . . We arrived in the morning, we were met and taken to the hotel, we waited 20 minutes, but we were disappointed that the wishes for accommodation were not taken into account, we had to insist on our reception at the reception, the room was not bad, but the safe did not work there and then it started, For 2 days they promised us to fix everything, then they said that they could not solve the problem and offered to go to the reception, there is a safe (24 hours), we were indignant and suggested to them that we want to change the hotel, we were offered another room, but already with a view of the sea and there also turned out to be such a problem, in the end they found a safe somewhere and brought it, and it turned out that not only we had such a problem, there were no questions about cleaning, they were cleaned daily, but after reading the reviews and looking at the photo I was very surprised , no one did any compositions with towels, and after talking with other vacationers, they were very upset. From the "+" they have a good beach, a coral reef, a playground and animators, and that's it. The kitchen is also no, everything is monotonous, and of course they did not count on such a number of vacationers, they did not have time, t. I took food and ordered what you would drink, you already ate, and they just brought it or forgot it at all, and where there is a children’s corner, you won’t find anyone there at all, in the morning where they cook an omelette from under the equipment there was always water with fat, which is not suitable, it was noticed how the waiter topped up from the glass from which they drank and brought it to other guests, I was shocked, you can give endless examples, as for the bar lobby, this is generally idiocy, if you are not a foreigner, but only lick them, then you have self-service , and you will be served after a foreigner is served, even if he came after you, tables are already booked for them and they run around them, and Russian speakers are simply ignored, rude and not pleasant staff work at the bar, as for other bars near the beach and pool, too disgusting, very dirty, coffee machines and mixers are not working at all, it's just terrible, they even forget to wash the dishes and pour them again. After talking with other visiting tourists, everyone was horrified by such service, service and attitude, for the entire time of our stay at the reception there were a lot of people who expressed their dissatisfaction and demanded respect for themselves and half changed the hotel with a surcharge, I really regret that we chose this hotel Barcelo Tiran Sharm 5 *, I will not recommend it to anyone, it is a pity that the picture, or rather the image of this hotel does not correspond to reality, it seems that they write good reviews themselves.
