The same goes for the service of the staff. . . do not call, do not interrogate. . the situation is the same with sunbeds, towels will be thrown, and during the day you can’t see the owners of towels on the same sunbeds, from their own experience they tried to take a place in a shell-bed in one morning, at half past five in the morning everything was already occupied with towels and overturned stools. The safe did not work in our room, the door to the room was closed with great difficulty, sometimes they came to the room after cleaning the staff, the door was not closed, although there were no complaints about the furnishings and cleaning in the room. In the evening, there is nothing to do on the territory of the hotel, neither for children nor adults, the animation was in the lobby at the reception and was quite mediocre, although the animators tried and tried, but the possibilities were clearly limited. The pools are really cold, heated only for children. and since we were in a period when there were winds and the sea was stormy, it was not even possible to swim normally in the pool. The staff understands and communicates relatively well in Russian and English, but in case of a problem, they immediately become deaf and dumb)) 7 people, then there you can howl like a wolf. . . And in the end, there is no more desire to return here. .
