We have stayed in this hotel 3 times. The hotel is getting better every year. Checked in quickly as we arrived in the afternoon. The staff is polite, as a rule, pleasant in communication. The room is normal, the cleaner Islyam pleased with interesting figures from towels, cleaned cleanly. The food is very good. Respect to the pastry chefs, amazing sweets. The waiters are courteous, fast, especially Hisham and Mustafa. At the lobby bar, the charming bartender Hani works amazingly, is pleasant to look at, very attentive and positive. Many thanks to the manager Olga and Mr. Kerim, issues were resolved promptly. The big drawback of the hotel is the lack of a sufficient number of sun loungers. The hotel area is clean, green, in flowers. Landscapers and agronomists are at their best. We recommend the hotel for relaxation.
