The three of us (me, sister and nephew) rested, all for the first time in Egypt. I'll just try my best. Flight, transfer, check-in (in the evening), everything went fine. We were fed from the road, and on the day of departure we had lunch (because we missed the paid lunch on the day of arrival). The room is good, we only slept in it and took a shower. Everything worked. The water is hot without interruption, everything was replenished / changed on time. Surface cleaning. The staff is friendly, they say hello, they are interested in how they relax and whether everything is good, they speak English more willingly, but many phrases on duty are understood in Russian. If you have any problems or questions, as well as for advice, it is better to turn to the rest relay girls (Olya and Marina), one of them is always on duty, they really help, thanks to them for their help.
The territory is well-groomed, with a clear location, the gardeners are great, the plants are in order, beautiful. Pools of different depths, clean, but we went to the sea, so the pools were ignored. For children there is a playground near the beach and a kids club, but we have an adult guy who was with us all the time.
I really liked the beach, it’s really big, there was always enough space for everyone, we didn’t chase the “best places”, do we get up at 5 in the morning on vacation? No, no! , they came after breakfast, they didn’t get to the first line, but it doesn’t matter. The beach is clean which is a plus. Shoes were not used, the entry is good, not far to the depth, there is a reef nearby, those who want to swim surrounded by fish are recommended. I got a lot of pleasure, incredibly beautiful. Experienced tourists can say that the reef is not wow, there are better ones, I won’t argue, for me as a beginner this wow! Here's what you need to stock up - it's sunscreen cosmetics, you burn instantly.

The food is excellent, the choice is large, it is impossible to try everything. Monotonous? Well, this is how you look, of course, the side dishes are repeated, but at home it’s the same way too)), you need to alternate, and not all at once in one plate, sorry, but we saw such a disgrace. And then this plate remained full, to be thrown away. Meat, soups, grilled dishes, everything is tasty and fresh, there are a lot of vegetables, pastries and sweets. We all liked it. From drinks - sweet soda, sometimes they took beer, tea and coffee, this goes without saying.
The hotel is far from the center, but I wanted to see the city, so we took a survey, and then another Ras-muhamed and a safari (nephew insisted, we did not regret it).
There was animation, they were invited to the events, but we almost did not participate, we tried more to swim and sunbathe.
We are very satisfied with the hotel, we will recommend it, thanks to the staff and administration for our vacation, I want to return.
