We chose a hotel for a very long time, before that there were 4 stars (Mercury, Leila Valeila in Hurghada), we decided to add money and relax in 5 stars. My review will be negative, because the sea of ​ ​ disappointment is at every turn. I didn’t want to write it, but since the administration insists .... maybe you can really change everything for the better. And it is necessary to change, most likely from the top. It is very difficult for me to understand why a lot of vacationers are indignant at the hotel (and we talked with Belarusians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Armenians), and the reviews are all the best. In secret, the animators told us that the hotel writes most of the reviews itself (I don’t know if this is true, I can’t say).
The hotel is budget, savings at every step, my husband and I got the impression that the organization of the entire service is in charge of a very prudent little man who knows how and where and how to save specifically))). And what can I say, if the Gestrelation itself answered our certain question with a sly smile - This is business !!! ! ! Yes, it's really just business. No one here really cares about you as a guest, especially when it's 12:00 on the last day. Nobody needs you there. I was in great shock when one couple with a child 2 years old was evicted at 12.00, the transfer picked them up at 00.00, they spent all this time at the reception, exhausted to the point of horror, especially the child, because they were not given a number for an additional fee, there are no rooms available (additional fee - up to $15.00-40, up to $18.00-60, up to $20.00-80 seems to be so). I have a comparison with the above hotels, this is not even close there, well, a maximum of $ 10. Well, in general, maybe if you are relaxing for the first time, then you will like it.

Well, probably in order - we arrived in the evening, at 20.30, no one met us with any juices, they took our documents and sent us to a restaurant, and here it is the first disappointment - It's a regular diner! , we moved from one table to another to find a clean tablecloth .... later we realized that we had to come to the beginning and then all the tablecloths were clean. At the reception, I presented a cover letter that I printed out from TopHotels, I was figuratively sent along with this letter. The entire lobby at the reception needs a major overhaul, the furniture is old, the column with stands from tour operators is all peeled off, we took a picture of it on the first evening, so on the second it was hung with white sheets.
