There are not many hotels in Sharm with a sandy entry into the sea and without a pontoon, Barcelo Tiran was just what we needed, it fit all our parameters and fit into the budget. In winter, of course, the price would be much more attractive, but the location in Nabq... decided not to risk it, and bought a tour for 7 nights, but in a warmer season with a still warm wind. They didn’t regret their choice even once, they arranged everything completely, they didn’t look for cons and didn’t bother, they just enjoyed every day of rest. The room is good with a view of the green, beautiful territory, a balcony where it is nice to have a cup of coffee (there was a tea and coffee set and was regularly updated when cleaning the room + a bottle of water daily). Another plus is the presence of an iron and a board, you will not find it in every hotel, mainly for an additional fee or even to hand over things to the laundry. You can also connect directly to the wireless Internet in your room, having a cable and a router, a free safe. We took a laptop, my husband needs it for work, and there is free Wi-Fi on the territory. Definitely 5 points for the complete set.
The beach is super, big, sand entry, you can even go without shoes, and a reef with a bunch of living creatures, and you don’t need to jump into the abyss from the pontoon, as in other hotels, to see the fish, but here you can safely swim up from the shore and enjoy. You can always find sunbeds, even if there are no two nearby, a beach fight will help you organize it as it suits you.
In general, the staff at the hotel is wonderful, of course, we didn’t communicate with everyone, but we left a pleasant impression with those with whom we crossed paths, especially the guys in the beach bar, some cooks at the distribution and waiters. In general, for any question, you can contact the Russian-speaking guesthouse Olga, a table near the reception, she will help in resolving the issues that have arisen and advise. The sea was enough for us, but we wanted to go on a desert safari. We ordered from the local agency TibaTour through the website, this is not the first time we use their services, we are satisfied with both the price and the quality.
As for food, no questions asked, I liked it, it was tasty and the choice was good. There was always enough of everything, I won’t list it, the main thing is everything is fresh, and even at the end there is always meat and fish, replenish if it runs out.
We left the hotel early in the morning, they gave lunch boxes for the road, and sincerely invited us to come again, I think it’s worth listening)) Thank you Barcelo for our wonderful stay.
