-there was no cold water in the washbasin (the breakdown was not eliminated in a week)
-in several rooms the drains are clogged and the bathtub literally floated, which was also not eliminated, despite regular notifications to the manager

- neither we nor our friends found the promised bathrobes in the rooms
- no one washed the mirrors for a week
- bed linen was not changed once during the stay
